Hi All,
Just wondering if there are any threads listing the current places Direct Drive Wheels can be purchased in Australia.
I have been searching and yes while they are pretty expensive i think it would be a good investment.
my budget is limited as i have seen some of the prices like the cost of a second hand car.
My first preference would be to try source within Australia before i venture out and buy inline from places like
https://www.fanatec.com/au-en/
https://sim-pli.city/collections/all/products/sw20-20nm-direct-drive-wheel
https://simxperience.com/products/accessories/accuforcesteering/accuforcepro.aspx
And then just as important would be a set of decent pedals,
Any help here would be a great help as i like to end up with something decent

I know Kcender87 has a direct drive wheel here, but no one else, to my knowledge.

You can order fanatec stuff here directly from the website, shipping costs and time are reasonable, I'm guessing they have a warehouse here? I have no experience with direct drive however the dd1 looks to be a good balance for cost to performance compared to the osw's and what not. If direct drive is too expensive consider the fanatec v2.5 or a thrustmaster (tx-pc I think is one of their higher end models?)

Look for Brett Stiles of Hybrid Racing Simulations on FB. He's doing DD wheels.
I've tried quite a few high-end pedals (HE, Tilton, DSD, CST F1's). The best pedals I know are the Ultimates from Heusinkveld...that's just my opinion though :)
