I always like the PortMineAcessRoad on Bougainville Island, in my wife's hot mini! Made Queenstown look like like pimple! It was a climb of 1100 metres, then a drop of 500 metres all in 10klms.

Mcquarie pass is the best I've found in NSW. Way longer, windy, fun road than the one they suggested.
