Pretty challenging night. Race 1 was very intense trying not to make a mistake with Wally right behind for virtually all of the race and then Joe losing it on the last lap gifted me the win. Race 2 the car snapped sideways off the line incurring damage which ultimately put me out of the race. Race 3 was odd, the car seemed to develop understeer which saw me having way to many run off's and ultimately fell way off the pack.

Good season. I did enjoy the driveability of the MG although some more power would have been helpful.
My season was marred by lack of consistency, to many little mistakes that were pretty hard to recover from. Very much enjoyed Oran Park, the roller coaster, and somewhere that I have many memories from. 40

This might be a tuff track for the MG, some veeery long straights. The trick will be working out when to hit the brakes without markers!!!

Unfortunately the potential shown in practice was not delivered in the races. R1 I unexpectedly found myself diving up the inside of Wally into T1 given the difference in cornering speed only to bump Wally and spin myself. This cost me any chance of coming back, but then a hail threatening thunderstorm arrived at my house so I had to go. R2 similar but different. This time I bumped Wally on the last turn, again with significant cornering speed difference, redressed but was again at the rear.
R3 however was looking good leading Wally to almost half way. I could see Bradc looming behind Wally and was hoping that would help me but then ran a bit deep into T1 and spun it. Car felt good on this track, lets see if Warwick Farm offers some similar close racing. 42

Tough night for the MGA. Race one I just watched the field pull around a second a lap on me and disappear into the distance.
Race two was more interesting with some early action seeing my jump ahead and then be chased down by the big guns. Race three was a slow drift to the rear as everyone gradually went by. The MGA was nimble in the corners but held up by the bigger cars so couldn't really take much advantage of it, and the straights . . . well there was no contest! Wakefield next week looks like a different story though . . . 44

I'll be away on the 10th but no problems....Will this round be on the 10th Wally?Yep. I haven't updated the schedule in the car dealer yet, if that's what you're looking at. 45
