Fun runs Aug 29 and Sep 5
« on: August 22, 2017, 11:38:31 PM »
I'm going to be away in NZ for those couple of weeks, so the season races will be on hold until I get back (Sep 12). In the meantime, hopefully Phil can organise a couple of fun runs for those two Tuesdays while I'm away.

You can use this thread to dream up whatever and wherever you want to race.

Would these be ok for a fun run ? so the people who usually don't race on a Thursday get a look at what we are going to race ?

Sounds good to me Phil.. rather like the Lola  :)
NEVER TOO OLD TO RACE ... being competitive can be a PROBLEM though.

I'm in regardless of what and where we're racing :)

That said; I was going to suggest a Bathurst run in the escorts - perhaps even a team based event? (I have no idea how or even if AC can support team based racing i.e. 2 drivers for 1 car)

It's possible with some server side work and an app to balance connection times. I'll try find the info after work tomorrow.

I'd like to suggest 125cc karts  8) :
http://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/gokart.16419/

BUT,
the biggest grid on a kart track is 16, too small for a Tuesday. :'(

ALTHOUGH,
Modena standard becomes a very flowing track in the 125cc shifter, with plenty of overtaking spots (and there's an OSRW, 32 grid, version). ;D

2+2=√16
