For the next season, I'm keen to try a multi-class season, something like:
- New - Porsche 919 Hybrid/Toyota TS040 Hybrid/Audi R18 e-tron versus Chevrolet Corvette C7R/Ferrari 458 GT2/McLaren 650S GT3/Ferrari 488 GT3
- Old - Porsche 911 GT1-98/Porsche 962 C Long Tail/Mercedes-Benz C9 1989 LM versus Porsche 908 LH/BMW M3 E30 Group A/Ford GT40
Or for a more relaxing change of pace from the Lotus 125, a more sedate single-make season with cars like:
- Toyota Celica ST185 4WD Turbo (tarmac rally)
- BMW 1M stage 3
- Ford Escort RS1600 (new live axle physics)
- Toyota AE86 Tuned (new live axle physics)
Thoughts?

Jeee.... Grid girls---fair enough. But escorts?! You guys really think you are racing drivers! ;)

I'm keen to do an endurance season but my brain might need a break before tackling those LMP's electronics. :o

That's what I was thinking.

Going to be boring and say the BMW M1
Easy, fast with hopefully close racing.
-
Really, I'm trying to guage whether people want an LMP1 season, or a racer season. I'd still put a poll up for one of the two categories.
I've given the Celica a bit of a go, and that's actually a little of fun as well.
-
I am keen for either LMP1 or Escort, I do however think Escort will be more fun to race ;)
-
+1 for Escort
-
Love the old single make touring car stuff :) im actually leaning more to the ae86 that thing is so fun to drive.
-
AE 86 or Escort... happy with either :)
-
Well, I'm certainly getting an old touring car vibe...
-
Agree here - old touring sounds good
-
Yeah I think the Escort, although I will have to seriously practice my sideways skills . . . :(
-
I'd love to try the Toyota Celica ST185 however if they've got too much grip on the Tarmac then they wouldn't be a lot of fun. I wonder if there are any rally cross styled tracks out there which would suit these ? It's a shame there isn't a Subaru 22B

I've found the Celica certainly isn't stuck to the tarmac. It has soft, medium and hard tyres available.

The Thursday escort season was one of the better seasons I think

Tested the Escorts and the new updated physics makes it worthy of a season 8)
(They really should have given the car another name ;D)

Definitely agree!

I think I speak for everyone when I say that we all want to race the Reliant Robin in the next season. So let's do it!

Some cars just never die...

I'm actually with Mael on this the bmw is fun and different from what we've been racing.. slower cars for a change will be good.
The escort season on thurs nights a while back was fun. I'd be up for the slower cars over the lmps, but they'd be good for mixed season next up.
