I'm happy either way. I ran a few laps last night and kinda got the hang of it.

I still came off every couple of laps. There is that long right hander that suddenly tightens up, almost like a second turn, and I kept missing it and going over the grass where there is a sign.

Well that was loads of fun. Was pushing the car too hard at the start of practice which really slows it down. Found earlier gentle progressive braking and slowing enough that I didn't loose traction was the key. As fun as they are to drift, it's not quick. Even had to be careful with the throttle not to nail it too quickly. A little bit like the Cobra in that way, but nowhere near as delicate.

I think I got 5th, 4th and what would have been 2nd if the baby didn't wake on the final lap. He was alseep next to me and suddenly sat upright so I had to bail off and get him before he fell off the sofa  ;D

I wondered why you just speared off the track in front of me.

I also was braking quite slowly and gently by the end of the night. It's a fun car.

Haha great story Joe.
Thanks for the tips.
I had the starts nailed, excluding the drive through :(  ,  tried to hard with too little practice on anew track.  Would have liked another race... But a bit late.
