Thanks to Phil and Seanus. Shout out if you need a donation to help keep the running costs down.

Good combo Seanus, was fun last night, sorry to Roo for ruining his first race.  Still haven't quite figured out how to get it to turn in properly yet.

yeah I can't seem to find it either

Man that is a good price for the Podium F1, wheel and dd1 base for $2k.

If the budget couldn’t stretch that far I’d seriously consider a moza r9, but I would be trying to make that budget stretch for that podium f1 deal, I’ve never seen it that cheap.

I’m good at spending other people’s money though….I’ll stick with my thrustmaster ts300r until it breaks.

Any particular wheel you are looking for Mael? Belt drive or DD? What’s the budget?

Great racing tonight gents, was a marathon effort. Some cracking racing enjoyed at all parts of the track, the go karts feel very realistic, Seanus thank you for an awesome rig. You had some good lap times tonight Brad, luck must not have been on your side to put them in consistently.  Surprised to see that Bachhulum didn’t get the overall win, definitely the consistently quickest out there (cheers for the setup too mate!!!!)

All I know is that I was 3-wide on the inside and slowing for a tighter line into turn 2 to allow space when I was hit on the RHS by someone...possibly after they'd had contact with Wally or vice-versa.

Had a look at the replay of Race 2,  We were 3 wide, you were on the left, I was in the middle (about 3/4 cart length behind), Wally on the right.  Wally got a bit sideways, I tried to give him room so come to my left, and you changed line and started veering right to get a better line into turn 2.  Your back right and my front left clipped, spinning me into Wally.  I was fortunate to be spun out on the left side of the track, though you and Wally rocketed off to the other side of the track.  All happened very quick though.  I should have held back and not try to go 3 wide through turn two though.   I don't think there was any maliciousness from anyone.

Challenging track indeed, although I think my wins were a lot more ass than class. Certainly a good race in first race between Brad and I. 2nd and 3rd races were more about just staying on the track with some consistent times.  I had an absolute shocker of a start in the 2nd and 3rd races, basically ruined Wally’s race in the 3rd, but managed to get the win from 20 secs behind. Never say die!!

Cheers.

Cheers Brad it was a good race indeed, look forward to the rest of the season hopefully I’ll be able to join in a bit more regularly.  That curb got me a few times last night!
