I share other people's concerns regarding hardware (I only have VR now, so...). If I were to be able to handle it and liked it, I guess I would not be averse to simply choose ACC whenever the Tuesday league opts for a GT3 series. But I would not alternate too often, as otherwise we would have too many GT3s and too little of everything else...

it looks like I won't be able to make it tonight. Sorry.
This means last week's race was my last one until October. I will, as usual, pass by the forum any now and then. Happy racing to all!

But I'll reverse my vote because if I had to miss the '75 season, I would've been gutted.
You guys are so nice. I am seriously moved.
Whatever you choose, the important is that you have fun. I am sure there will be many more seasons I'll enjoy even if I don't get to race in the one I was hoping for.

Thank you, engineers. Worth at least 1 second.

Had some laps and I seem to lose 1+ second through the fast S and the straight after that.
Since I am flat out there, I guess it's a setup thing. What do the engineers in here suggest? Lower the suspensions and take a bit of wing off?
Re: Le Mans and WEC. Yes, LMP1 is a joke. And the GT competition is also quite silly with all the BoP polemics every year which decide most of the race.
Re: Assetto Corsa. No, the new game is based over the Blancpain series. They race GT3 cars (WEC uses GTE cars, which are a bit faster and without ABS). It is quite competitive, but mostly boring, and with very little interest from a constructor/team championship point of view because of various BoPs. I use it---successfully---to fall asleep.

Personally, I think a normal race track not too long would be easier to deal with. RBR?Are we at Monza? Or may I suggest Highlands, either the Long layout or the Very Long layout where these cars can stretch their legs a la Le Mans.

I think they mean the first post in the thread shows otherwise (me 5th).Do you reckon you actually came 4th? Do I have to check the results?Quick question Wally, who came 4th. Grat or Freezer?Grat . . Scoreboard might be out!
Anyway: glad to be back. It was a bit of an anonymous race, but fun enough.
Sorry to Phil and Matthew (?) for the T2 mind-slip in lap 1. Thank God I was able to avoid all solid bodies and redress at least one position (but I was not sure about where the second car was, so I got back in line by Lesmo 1.

Hi Wally: the move went ok and the rig is physically up. But I do not have time to test whether it works until tomorrow night, so it is almost sure I won't be part of the race---sorry again. Unless it's broken in some way, I am surely back in for next week. You guys have fun!

After 2 hours of work, here is what remains of my glorious rigHi Wally: unfortunately I have to confirm that I have to dismantle the rig tomorrow for my move. Sorry. Not sure when it will be back up yet.Hopefully for the next race.
Yeah, next race (without practice) is the target, Wally.
