That'd be a bit of a flop...I'm not saying it's bad, but it's just not the magnitude for a big countdown.

Nordschleiffe licence, but not coming until Sept. '14 with 10 cars as DLC.
I don't think something that far off deserves a countdown but I guess it's in response to the popularity of the track on their forums.
Still, I am going to get a laser scanned version of my favourite track.

Sort of why I was surprised by the countdown.
Sure, it gets people talking but it also gets peoples hopes up, and if it doesn't live up to those expectations, it backfires.
People can get bitter when their hopes are dashed.

Leave the countdown for the final release and just make ordinary announcements about the rest.

I have played AC for a bit and is very good,i was not overloaded with expectations so I feel very positive about it,even though I am scared to wait all 2014 to compete in multiplayer.

I understand Mr Massarutto ,I am  self emplyoyed ,and I know his feeling,,,they have run out of money and they are very careful not to waste them..logically,They have all my understanding,and if I could I would have paid double than I did.

Its a very competitive world out there,and for what I know creating racing sims you need millions of dollars,money that simply they don't have,i hope they will finish this AC without too much of hassle so that the talent they got it wont go wasted.

I've read the first few paragraphs, and I'm alarmed...it sounds like these guys don't have funds to develop the game at all, and it all hinges on more people paying them licence fees. 
It all sounds like they went into this business venture without properly planning and allocating funds for everything.
Scary shit.

I believe they pay licence fees, so they have the funds for that but need to be frugal and get value for money.
That's how they're justifying DLC.
At least that's how I read it.
