What sort of lap times should we be aiming for? RSR doesn't have anything to go by. 1:10 is where I'm at but I've never seen this course up until today.

I hope to run a couple of laps tonight.  I'll let you know what I get to.  I haven't really driven this track or car much before though so I guess there is always room for improvement.

I'm doing high 1:08s. You can check out the friend's leader board.

Ran some laps with Guybrush and we were in the mid 1:07's with a bit of time left in that but he got me by a bit at the end. One thing with these cars is the turbo boost levels using the 1 through to 0 keys with 0 being 100% boost.

I was running with mechanical damage turned on and was blowing a motor within 3 laps regular driving then went back to default pro settings which has mechanical damage off and can run any boost level with no issues.

So I think we should make a group decision if mech damage is on or off but probably as pro mode default is off then we should keep it off to be fair to all as its a big disadvantage for those running it on and many wouldnt even realize and just keep at at default pro settings, I dont know what the default boost setting is but at 40% I was about 3 seconds a lap slower then 100%.

Here is my setup not that lots can be done with this car.

Good info Marty. Let's run pro mode, damage off. I didn't know about the boost levels.

We ran another session trying the boost levels each lap, at 10% (key1) its like driving a fiat abarth and doesnt really have enough grunt to slide the rear til about 60% completly different car at 10%, 50% and 100% levels.

Could actually be another way of handicapping if it could be forced by the server max boost level per car, though darren may hate running low boost all season.

I'm really enjoying this track it grows on you the more you drive it. So for I'm down to low 1:08's with room for improvement.

Just noticed the laptimes are actually also being charted on RSR website, first mod track I have seen actually show up on the website not just in the app.

http://www.radiators-champ.com/RSRLiveTiming/index.php?page=rank&track=292&car=71

Im pretty sure 1:06's are doable in this combo with guybrush getting very close to it and my best lap being quite scrappy.

I reckon when I can use my left foot to brake again I might be able to get into the 1.06's, but otherwise it's good to see that there should be some close racing.

Good to see XGN owning the top of the table at RSR :) When was the last time you had to update the RSR app Marty? If it seems fairly stable I might start running it again.

I haven't had to upgrade the RSR app for some time now.
