Heard Bacchulum mention this after the Nissan race so had to have a look.

You have to do a bit of tweaking, mainly in the area of smoothing out the motion and in my case I kept it to a more subtle shift from left to right and increased the deadzone to stop small wheel movements from shifting your view.   I think it makes a good improvement as it allows you to look through the corner more and pick your line rather than just looking directly forward.
There are some Youtube links of guys drifting whilst looking almost completely out the side window.

Worth a look... although maybe not so much for the triple screen guys.

I've been using this for a long time. I use it mostly for pitch smoothing, so that the  viewpoint is not just fixed to the horizon or to the car (which is really dumb by Kunos). I also use a bit of head roll as you corner. I don't use any of the look ahead features.

Being trying this and the bit I am not sure about is whether the ACRealHeadMotion.py has to be in the AC install folder /apps/python folder or can it be anywhere?

It can go anywhere, then you put the path to it in the FreePIE Script Path field in the program.

Hi Wally, I adopted some of your roll/pitch settings and reduced my look left/right to get what I think looks good, the head lean combined with a modest look to the apex.   Definitely a good improvement to the game...

I set this up last night prior to  testing the new Eastern Creek track, used  both Wally's and Freezer's configurations as an example.  They make a huge difference!

Not just the look ahead or yaw when cornering, but couple that with the effect of clipping a ripple strip, it increases the immersion considerably.

At first it didn't seem that big a deal to me.
But I soon found I wasn't getting headaches after 20mins anymore and could concentrate for a whole race!

You can set it to be fairly suttle OR quite eratic.
I ended up setting all the smoothing options to high with just a modest amount of lean/turn which seems to work pretty well.
