I'm confused. ???
Why is this free? :o

Visually, the cars are all unique and flawless. 8)

I've only driven three cars so far, the Shadow, Brabham & Hesketh, but all are different.
Doing base setups for each car (aero CP, tyre pres., camber) each came back with different requirements (except for tyre pres., that was pretty standard across all 3, +/- 1 psi).
And each felt different to drive, as you would expect.
But my times in each were within one second. 8)

As good as RSS's Formula 79, but that's one car (different liveries) and 3.99 euro.
Here, you get 15 cars!! :o

Like I said, I'm confused......

@roo
didn't get caught but yes, it would've been worth it. 8)

I have spent some more time with this mod and also got the Lotus and Ferrari working, it really is very good. I did some AI races around Osterreichring 1979 No chicane, and drove several different cars, I was surprised at how driveable they are. I think we could use this for a Thursday season with the right tracks 8) 8).

Yes, it is awesome. It should definitely be a Thursday season, and probably a Tuesday one, but you know, Sheep Stations.

An open wheeler Tuesday season is on the cards, so keep this one bookmarked.

Woohooo, I hope you don't find any issues with it. BTW the "Sheep Stations" was not a comment directed at you, but some attitudes that appear every now and then that suck a bit of the fun out. Don't want you to get the wrong idea about what I think of the job you do. You're ace Wally.

Just gave this a go. Good fun! It would be interesting to see people's hotlap laptimes at Watkins Glen Short for the Williams since Rooshooter can't stop hotlapping the thing around there. I've set a time on the Friends leaderboard (remember that?) for that combo.

BTW. The install is easy. Just have to copy 4x files for the Lotus and 4x files for the Ferrari.

Installation Notes on Ferrari 312T and Lotus 72E

4. Within \cars folder, goto \ f1c75_ferrari_312t
5. Paste kn5 files here!

Lotus 72E

I don't mind people taking it seriously - in fact, I like it.

I do too Wally, until it gets to point where it gets vocal during a race because someone makes a mistake. That really harshes my buzz, even it's not aimed at me or involving me in any way other than having to hear it. :)
