I'd be more inclined to tune with ARB rather than springs (along with the other things).
Although I have softened the fronts to get a better Hz ratio. ;)
But springs are more car governed than track dependent. ;)
True, I probably shouldn't have used the words fine tuning and springs together, only dropped the rears by 5 and that was it for the spings.

Can you actually see the Hz ratio anywhere?
There's an app (with modders apps enabled), I think it's called car engineer.
It also has damper ratios. ;)

Here is my basic race setup for the e30 DTM at Silverstone international, This is for 19 laps on medium tyres and some changes to pressures you should be able to make it a good set for softs over the few laps they work.

Even with mediums the tyres will go off but wear is fairly balanced front and rear so even at 95% its still quite driveable, really fun with this as it turns in very well with just a hint of lift off oversteer on entry but quite balanced and can be driven for the full race with me only losing about 1 sec over 20 laps. Still a pretty good pace with it and Im only about .8 off my best lap on softs with these so will need to find some more time on those but Ive only ran a few laps on it so far.

If its a bit too loose you can adjust the diff or add one click more rear wing and it will be more neutral but a little loose on entry is best around this track. I actually found it to start pushing a bit at the end of the stint so thats better then completly loosing the rears as I found with my first attempt.

Here the setup I'm using currently, altho it wasn't meant for this track it still works ok.

It's good for a 10.6 in my hands so far.

Just settled on a setup for the Group A at Nurburgring.  In the dropbox link in first post.

Very hard track to find a setup which suits all corners.  Took me bloody ages!

Not a problem.  If it's a bit tail happy try decreasing the rear spring rate by 1 or 2 clicks, or decrease both anti roll bars by 1, or decrease both front and rear tyre pressure by 3 or 4 pounds, or decrease the rear bump damper.

Just ran a few laps of Mugello and got to a setup I'm happy with.  Got me within 3/4 a second of the WR.  It's in the dropbox link.

I had a little go with the DTM at Mugello and here is my current setup for qualy, time 1:59.320 so just inside a second of the wr but better lines and some tweaks to this should be able to get it a bit closer.

Its best on lap 2 but my time was done on lap 3 of the stint with rears already at 98% so should be able to go quite a bit quicker.

I think so. It's a bit of stuffing around with special events.

1. Copy your setup to Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\system\setups\tatuusfa1 (call it what you like, e.g. imola.ini).
2. Copy folder Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\specialevents\SPECIAL_EVENT_26 to a new folder called SPECIAL_EVENT_99.
3. Edit event.ini in there to change the track, model, cars in the RACE section. Take out all the SKINs (They will be for the F458), and put SETUP=imola for each AI car

Simple, huh?

And then ram into the back of the AIs every time they're way to slow in a corner.
