Just remember to turn off the abs as the vibrations through force feedback wheels under braking are horrendous

For the Nissan, I used the setup Rob posted here: http://xgn.com.au/index.php?topic=311.msg50417#msg50417I just adjusted the tyre pressures.

There's a setup for both on my google drive in the same thread Wally linked to. ;)

Cheers Wally & Bacchulum.
Only done some laps in the Hyundai, but, looking at the server times, the Nissan seems to be faster...see how we go.

Not sure I'll make tonight been off work sick for a couple of days and still feeling shite.

Just done my first couple of laps in the Nissan. Is it just me or does the FFB feel weird? It's almost like if it was inverted.
I know for sure it isn't.

Server's up.
Killa, the Nissan does feel strange. A lot of the FWD cars feel a bit weird until the tyres heat up.

Cheers for the feedback, Wally. The Nissan is a lot faster for me...bad luck, tried to change, too late though.

Apologies, I forgot that this was round 1 and for points so I was a bit more aggressive in my driving and some of my passing attempts than normal thinking it was just another fun run.

Fun racing tho .
Had some very good close racing.

Gratz KC on the win , nice times .

I've updated your bank accounts based on the average fastest laps below. I think I've got it right - let me know if you spot something weird in your bank balance.

Kcender87   48.490   1
Mael   49.019   2
Freezer   49.115   3
Jarmel   49.150   4
AGK   49.270   5
Seanus   49.275   6
ab156   49.782   7
bradc   49.810   8
Rob   49.926   9
Dave O   50.076   10
AbleArcher83   50.139   11
Phil.8   50.152   12
Wally   50.500   13
Bacchulum   50.505   14
Simone   50.712   15
killagorilla   50.816   16

So you earn increments of $2,800 for each position (starting from 0 for Kcender87), less any damage fee or penalties. Now the strategic play is to see if you want to buy the fastest car you can afford and run the risk of being in the Veloster the round after that, or strike some middle ground.

The racing was good fun last night, nice and close, quite a few tussles for position. Unfortunately in race 1 Simone's car disappeared and then reappeared on top of mine, exploding me into a barrier, which left me struggling at the rear with a damaged car. Sorry to AbleArcher who had an off behind me when I didn't see him trying to pass. I was too intent on Bacchulum in front of me.

Disappointed I was too sick to race but I think something is wrong above Wally; you have Mael in 2nd?

Yep, he hustled the Nissan around well.

lol  Without you to distract me I managed to put in some good laps.

Was rather surprised so many people opted for the Veloster as there was a serious difference in grip between the two cars. Race 1 & 2 were pretty uneventful after the first few laps with AGK keeping me honest during race 1. Race 3 was chaotic as Wally & Bacchulum interfered with the Datsun's racing while a bit of contact with my team mate caused me to drop to 9th!! Somehow managed to recover back to 2nd with a surprising little amount of actual passing  :o  As for KCender we all would have to apologies to him for not providing any challenges.

PS Apologies to Ablearcher for the pass in race 3, was probably a bit too much Verstappanish

I chose the Veloster, knowing it was slow, to get cash to unlock faster cars for next round.

I had fun, slightly annoying to get run into all 3 races,  last race cost me 2 or 3rd place

I was badly prepared, but it's great to do some racing again after this long break.
It turned out that the hairpin was my weak spot...probably got more than 15 passes there  :(
However, it was fun racing...and I'm the richest guy in the field...haha.

Sorry Phil, over the whole night I think I tangled with you four times.

It was Jarmel last week, I wonder who it will be next round.

That hairpin was a killing field for Nissans on Hyundais.

I don't mind to much, I had a fun night,  just a shame to lose a good result in the crappy car

No Problem Meal clean pass(A+). Seanus on the other hand was a bit over cooked (F). At least we were both able to keep racing.
Fun night racing, looking forward to next week.
Ps sorry wally for doing the same dive in druids in the first race.
