Australian Assetto Corsa League, Tuesday nights / Re: Poll: Season 15 Cars« on: December 10, 2016, 10:39:17 AM »I find the Formula Abarth to be annoyingly twitchy for something that really isn't all that powerful. I really enjoy driving the Praga, I found that after a little setup tweaking it's really easy to drive pretty close to the limit. I haven't had much experience with the F138 but I expect to probably not even be able to manage a clean lap of anything in it though and will most likely sit out a season of those. You'll be able to drive it AJ. Maybe like me you won't be as fast as others, but it's not a hard car to drive and a lot of fun even if you end up by yourself. That's why I prefer the faster open wheelers, not because I think I'm a great driver, but I end up normally driving by myself a lot and trying to improve my lap times is a lot more interesting in them compared to more sedate, slower reaction cars. 227

Yeah, I compared it to the other two Marty. I drove them all with stock setup and the Praga was pushy and boring......Just like a sedan. Edit: I've changed my mind. With stock setups I formed an opinion based on one track. Different track usage has led me to agree with Wally somewhat although I think the Ferrari is a long way in front of the Praga, the Tatuus is the ugly sister. 230
Australian Assetto Corsa League, Tuesday nights / Re: Poll: Season 15 Cars« on: December 05, 2016, 10:40:13 PM »is there any issue or want of running a mixed car season? so that we aren't just using 1 car all season.. for example.. 1 race in the praga. next week race in the f138 .. and so on. maybe in keeping with the style/type of car but just something different either every race of ever 1-3 races.. just to mix things up ?I wouldn't want to swap these cars at all. One is really fast and a great challenge to drive One is a challenge and fun to drive One is a bit of a pushy dog that feels like a sedan. IMO, It's much better to swap cars that are more similar, but still have different characteristics. 231
Australian Assetto Corsa League, Tuesday nights / Re: S14R6: Nürburgring Sprint GT Post-race Chat« on: November 17, 2016, 08:56:21 AM »Unfortunately, so did Doobs, so I came out of pits on his rear bumper again, and it took me another 2or 3 laps to find a way past, with us criss crossing, getting alongside but not quite effecting the pass. It was good defensive driving by Doobs. But finally I passed him, then chased down Bafs then Seanus, and caught up to Bacchulum on the final lap just as Steven spun. That was fun Wally. It was almost like NkPro (with you carrying 30kg .You were extremely unlucky pitting when you did, if you 'd stayed out another lap you would have been past me on the stop I reckon. I pitted to get out of the traffic and I didn't want you chasing me before my pitstop. I was really enjoying it until I started getting a bit too heavy footed and lit the rears a couple of times, which made me a bit scrappy. I was pretty happy with the night and was a little more competitive than I have been for a while. 232

Have you tried searching on RS components GB? I haven't got a clue about what the pots are in the G27 so I have no idea whether they'd have what you're looking for. 233

Yea, I knew what he meant. Thanks for the assistance. It turned out to be Geforce Experience screwed me. It changed the rendering from triple screen to occulus rift. I wish they'd stick to their job of delivering useful drivers and I'll do mine of optimising.

Sorry m8 a big seniorsI know it wasn't deliberate or grossly stupid so I don't have a problem Dave O. I was in a great position to view the second race start and the conga line looked pretty good from where I was. I certainly hope I don't have the same server issues next race. Everything was going swimmingly until cars started darting all over the place, then I lost the server. Teamspeak didn't have an issue, and I had good connection to everything else but after it happened again in race two I couldn't access Steam store or community, so I'm blaming Steam. 240
