Many thanks Wally. I certainly appreciate the time and effort that goes into organising a season of racing, setting up servers, publishing results etc, so WELL DONE mate. I would also like to thank all the participants, without whom the racing we had would not be possible. Sorry to those I shunted and  to those who shunted me (you know who you are  ) Can't wait for next season. I am saving my vote until I get a chance to try out the cars, but it seems to me a strange poll where you have 29 votes but 19 voters. I know you can vote for more than one option, but my personal opinion is that you shouldn't be able to. Cheers

How about reducing the 60kg I have for the incident last week (which I still claim is undeserved).
Yeah, OK, I'll make that 45 as well.
Sorry to bother you Wally, but I still have 60kg on the practise server.

Sure mate. I have no idea how to make a video, so grab the replay from here ( http://www.mediafire.com/file/s3vjod825d1r3e4/ks_praga_r1%40spa-spa_osrw_20170131211639.7z). You will see the incident on lap 1. I hope you can see the pedal app. As I see it, you squeezed past on the turn (good pass), Then as we straightened up on the exit, you applied power, I applied power, then for whatever reason you cut power and slowed. As I was close behind, the tap occurred and you touched the wall. Then I braked for you to rejoin in front of me. You can see the accelerator positions on the pedal app by switching to the appropriate car. I don't want to make a big deal of this, but I believe it was just a racing incident. However, I accept the decision of the stewards (even if I don't agree )

In race 2, RussG ran into the back of Simone, causing him to lose 2 spots, so gets 60kg penalty ballast for the next round.
I would like to put my case as to why I think this penalty is rather harsh. Simone and I were fighting over position. Simone cut close across the front of me as I went to the apex. At the corner exit I was starting to apply power (as you do). Simone began applying power, but then released the accelerator, slowing down, then I bumped him. The slightest of bumps. We were racing hard and close and I believe it was a racing incident. I will accept the decision of the stewards. In race 1 I managed to pick my way through the carnage on lap 1, and found myself in a good position, then kept consistent and clean and finished 6th. Race 2, I got shuffled back to P19 on lap 1. I had a fun race with some great battles (Mael, nith) along the way as I clawed my way back up to finish 6th again

hey all, Im Astro, raced a few games with some of you already. was interested in perhaps going on the race lists for tuesday/thursday nights. im probably better off being a backup as im often on call etc for work. so can be tricky to commit. ill be around mostly of a night. Hope to catch some of you on the track
