Mills Park Long Cobra Round Sept 17 « on: September 17, 2015, 12:12:41 PM » Race server is up set to 10 laps.We will put some post qualifying for race one and review for race 2.All cars are default install carsIf you do experience getting booted due to "checksum" retry, we are having intermittent/unpredictable errors, but once in, I have not had any issues. I have verified assetto corsa files on both. I cannot believe that you can get intermittant software errors, what has the world come to, I have worked as acomputer engineer/technician since the 1970s. I had to do a fresh install and all okay for me, did others on the night get the "CHECKSUM" error?I have been anguishing about the Cobra, with the high amount of 'unforced errors' most of us seem to have, (except GW!), but it certainly made the positions change. I don't know why it would be so intermittent though. If the files on the server were wrong, you'd think it would always fail. Is Gratulin's server and Tuesday server the same company?I just want Flattop to be able to enjoy Thursday fun nights without all the stuffing around which just eats into his practice time,and for everybody else to know they will be able to race without checksum/runtime errors.Could we try another server provider?
