Can you look from outside the car and see if they are rotating?The wheels don't have blur, so they will seem to step or even turn backwards.From outside the car this would be true to life as the only time you see a car like that is through TV. Tried on Kunos track and mod.Using CM. Sorry, didn't record audio but you get the idea... I believe the CSP version may have caused it as JPG_18, the one behind the physics extensions, mentioned that the steering ratio adjustment in the patch was broken, but that it is now toggled off.
