Thanks Andrew, Denis and Bueller.
Old guy, not tech savvy, so I’ll do my best to answer.
Wiring unchanged from when adsl first connected several years ago.
Only got one phone
Original phone plug, Jackson 3 pin screwed to the wall.
Internet connection several years old now and ditched crappy Optus modem years ago.
I am currently running internet with phone disconnected and without filter to minimize any disruption.

It's a conspiracy I tells ya. I think I am predestined to miss out on any Caterham Season. lol.
I'll try and make it, but even if I do I will probably not complete a race.
My internet connection is going from bad to worse and Optus tell me its my modem. NBN are going house to house laying connections and I have to buy a new ADSL modem. Poo!!!

Hey Wally, I am having some serious Internet problems of late with my connection dropping out at least a couple of times every night. I think it best to put me as a reserve. I will make what races I can if there are any grid positions available on the night.Rob,are you sure the problem is the ISP side of your router, if you are not running a LAN cable ?
Thanks Dennis, but I run a LAN cable to my PC.
I'm not sure what the trouble is. I have now spent 2 hours now with Optus help desk and they ended up saying its my modem. But this problem became noticeable when NBN started working in my estate. Plus, all the services here are underground, so every time we get a good downpour it usually plays havoc with the internet. NBN plus a months worth of rain in 24 hours, so I'm not fussed to lash out and buy a new modem just yet. Of course a Lotto win could change everything. lol.

Hey Phil, this is a setup I downloaded from The Setup Market (the site appears to be down right now), it feels pretty stable and probably a good starting point for your setup making magicness.

Yep, well done Dave, Phil and Wally. Another great season thanks to Phil and Dennis and not forgetting Seanus and Andrew.
I think Bruce would be proud of how Thursday's have turned out. Just a fun night with old mates and old cars. Thanks Bruce.

Hey Guys, tried this a few times now and it does weird things to AC. I think it must be doing something to AC settings somewhere but not sure.
AC loads OK but once in the car and on the Rally track I just get a blank screen. The virtual mirror and all my Apps are visible and the game is running and the controllers are working but nothing else but a blank screen. Restarting AC and choosing a KS track doesn't help and the only way I can get AC working properly again is to shut down the pc and reboot. After that it works fine again.
Its probably just my ageing pc but thought that I would mention it.
A shame because it looks like fun.
