Let's give it a go.   ;)

I had a moment when I caught up to a merc just after T1 (t2? the right hander) on the esses with such a huge speed difference that the only sane option was to go around it.  Since that was the same place I've attempted the overtake in the quali (and failed miserably) it was a hairy moment.   Although my extra speed meant I was past in a blink of an eye, so it was clean and quick, thankfully.

I thought that was pretty neat, my bobble, your approach speed and the only place to overtake in the esses, all conspired to happen at the same time. ;)

Most likely coincidence.

For a broken AC two new culprits have cropped up at my end recently.

Check your 'weather' folder for a rogue *.acd file, and delete it as it has no business being there. Probably caused by a previous crash.

If you use 'car radar' find the 'car radar' folder somewhere under AC in your Documents folder and delete the whole damn thing, as some collider.kn5 files cause this plugin to freeze AC at the very last moment whilst loading a session. If you suspect a collider.kn5 file let me know as I can fix them.

Where does the ini file go?
In the cfg folder?

X:\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\system\cfg\damage_displayer.ini    <<But you don't need to use Wally's as you already have one and Content Manager can edit the postion for you.

If you edit manually and toggle PRINT_VALUES you can see all Damages as numbers printed to the top left of your ingame screen.

I use this filter in Content Manager, !xgn.in.th XGN.

Not using Content Manager is like using 14.4k dial up to access the internet!  :o

Just set the fuel multiplier to one or off and have compulsory pitstops for tyres only.

Screw that, Kcender ran soft soft soft anyway so just leave pitstops out of the equation altogether.

[FUEL]  ; In one second the consumption is (rpm*gas*CONSUMPTION)/1000 litres
CONSUMPTION=0.0050 = 45ml/sec @9000RPM   (nominal 37 minutes at max fuel)

FUEL_LITER_TIME_SEC=0.6      <<<<<<<<  60sec/tank@100litres

[FUEL] ; In one second the consumption is (rpm*gas*CONSUMPTION)/1000 litres
CONSUMPTION=0.0045 = 31.5ml/sec @7000RPM  (nominal 52.9 minutes at max fuel)

FUEL_LITER_TIME_SEC=0.2      <<<<<<<< 20sec/tank@100litres

[FUEL] ; In one second the consumption is (rpm*gas*CONSUMPTION)/1000 litres
CONSUMPTION=0.0027 = 22.7ml/sec @8400RPM  (nominal 72.7 minutes at max fuel)

see Mazda  59.4sec/tank@99litres

[FUEL] ; In one second the consumption is (rpm*gas*CONSUMPTION)/1000 litres
CONSUMPTION=0.003  = 25.2ml/sec @8400RPM  (nominal 65.5 minutes at max fuel)

see Mazda  59.4sec/tank@99litres

I will experiment a bit and see if a little bit of restrictor on the C9 can compensate for the quicker refuelling time. But man, it's a delicate balancing act. Who's fool idea was it to have a multi-make season?
As for the delayed Group C season please take a look here.
Thanks Seanus, but for simplicity's sake and to avoid choice overload, I'd stick to original AC cars.

Hello!!  i am trying to get the daytona track but i get a 404 error?   thx
Seanus can you please check? I think this was a link to your Google drive.

My version is deprecated.

Use this version Daytona.

Don't know why I decided that, but now my version is back on the table as this version wasn't so shit hot after all.
Links etc in the appropriated forums some time in the future.

Hardware & Reviews / Re: Lenovo Explorer Mixed Reality (VR) headset

I didn't want to mess around with ac too much yet so I don't have to change everything back for tomorrow night

Make copies of the video.ini config file in My Documents/Assetto Corsa/cfg which has all the graphics settings. I have one for VR and one for triples and just switch them out to what I need. I use the app presets in game for triples vs VR, but it does screw up all the positions of the apps I use for triples when loading via VR due to the resolution, so that for you can make a copy acos.ini file that's in the same directory as video.ini

Or use Content Manager, it'll do the presets for you.

One of the greatest sounding cars ever. It's a bit of a pity that AC only has the LM (Le Mans) version.

For those with mismatches, install both these links.
I suspect the server has both links installed and the extra files cause the mismatch?  :-[
