A very suitable, North American, track would be Riverside.
Probably the NASCAR variant.

In the week leading up to Bathurst, Fox was showing old races and in the early '80s they had speed bumps in the pit lane instead of a speed limit.

Yeah, not a handfull at all.
The corner onto the back straight is about as tight as she can take and the kink becomes a corner at 100% boost.

Haven't tested an actual stop yet but there's no pit limiter.
