Great racing with you guys, thanks Phil for putting this track up on a week that I'm home and thanks to G0D for the track mod. Good close racing with a couple of minor bumps and grinds, these cars are fun drive.

Race one was one of the closes finishes I've had, Bueller got me by 0.002 seconds, good defending  ;D Unfortunately race two was not so close. Ran wide into the blind right hand corner onto the grass, got onto the gas too early while returning to the track and spun into the middle of the track with a angry pack approaching. It was like Moses parting the seas with cars going both side somehow avoiding crashing into me, except Joe did not follow the script  ???   Sorry mate but at least we had a good battle after it.

R2 I generally benefited from others sliding off in this race making my way from 12th to 8th.  Could see Matthew and Wally ahead but couldn't really shorten the gap.
Still had trouble with the brakes but managed to keep it together . . . just!

Race one was a disconnect so not commenting on that one. But race two found the same as Freezer, came from the back to 9th place without making any real overtakes. Now only if Simone wasn't there I would have finished much higher up. Nice driving Simone, just could not stay close enough during the long straights to make a decent passing attempt. A hard boiled egg this round since there was no cracking  ;D

Ps: Your karma count is still in the positive Killagorrilla so keep posting away.

Should share the reason why my driving has deteriorated.

A late night browsing ebay while slightly inebriated led to a welding machine delivered to my front door after a couple of weeks. Which meant I had to get something to weld conveniently forgetting that I've got no idea how to weld and worked with metal at all  ;D

So bought a cheap 1982 Ranger Rover Classic which according to the owner had just a bit of rust along the sills. Well it turned out he was underselling it a bit. There is rust EVERYWHERE but at least the chassis is in a reasonable good nick. So a perfect project to learn how to weld.

Forgot to take a photo before pushing the heap of rust into the shed but here is one of the rear floor removed to allow the boss to inspect the damage.

Its a bit slower than a Subie or 86 but at least its got a V8 :P

Don't think I'll make tonight despite doing a little practice and trying to not completely hate the car... I have a job interview tomorrow after doing very little for the last 6 months so I need to do some reading and get my head back into work mode!
Good boy Joe :D
Good luck with the interview.

Best of luck Joe.

Were in the same boat as Freezer with low expectations for this round, and qualifying delivered pain is spades.

But race one got handed a gift by gaining places thanks to the infamous corner 2 bingle, the hard tires were bit slow but at least tire wear was not a problem. Fought hard to get by Bacchulum and Dave and would have had Wally in another 10 laps  ;D

Race 2 started badly with inter-team contact, just bad luck Freezer. Again had to work hard to get by Bacchulum as he never makes it easy. Then spend the rest of the race chasing the Jeremy/ Shayne/AB/Bueller group. Managed to catch and pass AB after he appeared to have cooked his tires :P  Can't believe I got the loneliest in this race as it felt the whole time had a chance of passing someone.

I'm between Mael and Killa in the season standings, and these are our practice lap times so far... it's going to be interesting, although I expect Mael to pick up the pace.

4.    XGN Wally    01:15.446
5.    Mael    01:16.175

Don't thinks so  :(  Absolutely destroying the right rear tire on this track.

With these?   ;D  (Heard people talking about cutting grass during the last race)

As to the car, personally I like it. It's fast and predictable

I'll go with Joe, in fact I find the car to be particular unpredictable especially under brakes.

The whole of race one and two were a battle against Shayne with both races decided on the last lap thanks to Shayne's car propensity to eat tires  ;D Sympathies mate I know how it feels to lose positions on the last few corners.

As for Maki Engineering, Freezer seemed to find the car a bit unpredictable as well. Last I've seen of him he was taking a 90° turn into a wall just after the first turn  ;D

Race 1, I just couldn't catch Mael, who CLEARLY needs more restrictor  8)

What? Seanus was the one just coasting away into the distance  ;D

Really enjoyed the car at Tor-poznani especially the first turn. Its so well balanced compared to most other cars which understeer into the grass. Apologies for leaving quickly after race 2, I've moved house and the new place is solar powered. The batteries was complaining a bit after the second race as we did not have a lot of sun during the day. (Generator saved the night a bit later)

Eight laps? Done and dusted.

Love the race gaps graph for race 2. Indicate that there was three distinct pacts.

For myself, raced in the back of the second pack and enjoyed it very much even if Russ took exception to my rear wing in race 1, otherwise no contact thanks especially to AB's good driving. Sorry for holding you up AB, was going as fast as I could!

14 different cars, 12 tracks no modding, not for me unfortunately,   I would buy codemaster F1 game before this

Lol Codemaster!  After wasting my money on Dirt Rally I think not.

AC gave me enough fun to donate some money to Kunos so would go for ACC. But they should work on better acronyms  ;D

Had a great race one battle with Shayne, really fun and only ended when telstra bailed on me.

For race 2 Bacchulum's car acted all magnetic again, Had to concentrate so hard not to hit him that neither Freezer or me got by him. Shout out for Phil also, good last few laps  ;D
