We may see "Challenges" soon as "Drop-in Events"
« on: March 03, 2015, 12:30:33 PM »
I have in mind that once we have more "Rally" style tracks made available, we start running challenges.

A track a month, allowed as many runs as you wish, with a Leader Board as our challenge.

Sound Okay?

(Good to see how the Cobra/Mercedes/Minis handle a little gravel and ice :))

Will we have rally 'stages' like the real thing?

Unsure... at the moment I am expecting to put up 'a track' from the rally/hill climb tracks available for say... 2 weeks
with a car available and let Stracker do the rest.

If the tracks become sophisticated enough, we will have a try. but I think this may be in the distance.

We can use Stracker to link the "2 week events" into a championship by allocating points to each track? I think Stracker allows you to link any session type (practise, qual, race) into a championship to track points. Don't know how you would run a single session for 2 weeks though - how many minutes are there in 2 weeks? :)
