Sounds fun. Don't know the track or driven those cars so guess I need to practice tomorrow night.

Had a practice with the Alfa 155, excellent car to drive!! Seems to match up well with the Merc and the rest of our cars really well...
(plant the seed then just walk away for awhile...  ;D)

Had my first go at this track with the GTR last night. Took me a few tries to get a full lap, the thing is crazy with ABS and TCS off.

I'll try and be on tonight but have some things to prepare for daughters bday tomorrow. If I'm there, apologies in advance for anyone I take out :)

Still hope to have a run this evening...
With the update 1.1.1 I was being kicked for checksum error on every public server
so, moved AC
let Steam reinstall last night, no no "Online" grrrr
I hope to find an answer by tongith.

bugger, that does not sound right.
With steam games you don't need to reinstall - pretty much ever - just re-check downloaded content.

I've had some problems with old cars, I had to remove them, although the game still let me start after closing the warning about them.

I did and integrity check, it corrected some problems, announced the c6 files were a problem
I removed the covette files
still checksum error online connection
moved my old install, (renamed 'assettocorsa')
Steam re-installed
now I still have my profile,
but the "Online" menu option does nothing....

ahhh as I type
I have had a nvidia update and
i didn't "Rename your "Assetto Corsa" folder located inside "My Documents" Windows folder;"

my steps tonight when I get home :)

If its from every server then quite likely your main ac surface.ini file has been changed. Try to delete this and then do steam file validation check. Its the one in the main game directory not the documents but doing the steam validiation should fix this even if you dont delete it.

I saw that there is mention of a new 1.1.2  update too so maybe servers all need to be updated I will check later today. Keen to give this a run, Ive pretty much just been on nords since getting home so puke shouod be a change at least for a little.

Yeah, it could be the 1.1.2 update changing the server files.

Just got back home and restarted PC and AC working now. Could have been fixed by reboot. If anyone else has this problem try reboot of PC after upgrade to 1.1.2.
