I'll be Team Maki Engineering's representative in the LMP class, either the Toyota or Porsche depending on which is the lesser popular one.

Sorry for wrecking Bacchulums Race

Thanks to Phil for the race 2 win  ;D  Still had to work hard to get by Rob and Imperious but figured out you only needed to start braking once you over the hill on the long back straight, gained me a lot of time.

Thanks for the season Wally, really enjoyed the handicap races. It gave me a chance to race against drivers like Matthew, KCender and others whom would normally be too quick, the Nurburgring especially stand out in my memory as an epic race.

As for Barbagello, man was it hard to overtake! Race 1 it was Killagorrila, race 2 Shayne & DC were doing the blocking  ;D

Also sorry to Russ for the contact in race 2, I thought I left enough space on the outside. If not then I apologize.

And yeah  ;D  Another big points hall for Freezer helped Maki Engineering finish second in the team championship, not sure how we going to top this season Freezer!

Okay, then why don't we utilise one or some of the cars from the latest update (not the DLC) Anyone tried the Audi TT RS (VLN) ...

Raced it for a season at ROOZ, asthmatic piece of shit. The other one is OK.

second!

Lotus 49?
Go and stand in the corner!
Nobody puts Mael in the corner.

Now armco's That's a different matter!

If we going to do multi-class races how about requiring teams to be split into the two classes?  It may help to balance the class numbers.

All I can say is that if double moves to block in braking zones and not being able to drive in a straight line are the new order of business.... next week is going to be a crashfest   ???

Well we are following the example set by the professional F1 boys!    :P

Too lazy for a race report but a shout-out for Matthew, Diehard & Wally. it was fantastic racing  :)

Thought I share this poem created Krunch from RACEONOZ after a Monday race at the Ring.   :)

Quote
The Green Hell
by Krunch

Come to Nords and bring a friend
With countless thrills round every bend
There's people with games and stories to tell
You'll even find a carousel

But truth be told it's no kids park
Like childhood nightmares in the dark
There's evil over every crest
The scary never takes a rest

The guardrails have a siren's song
Don't listen or it won't be long
Before you meet with your disaster
This is a place you'll never master

As we all lined up on the grid
About to start our foolish bid
I'm sure I heard an evil cack
A taunt from deep within the track

Cazily we went ahead
Howling off the start we sped
Down the hill to meet our doom
May I have some racing room?

Racing on for over an hour
Trying to stop things turning sour
We battled with walls and curbs and brakes
And melted tyres and pains and aches

So did you resist the Siren's call
Attracting you to every wall?
Or did you fly into the air
Off curbs made out of pure despair?

Did you bump and grind around
All fourteen miles of hallowed ground
Nine times to make it to the line
Sweating blood three quarters blind?

Well if you did congratulations
You deserve the adulations
You did well to come this far
You get to keep the mental scar

And you can say that you survived
A place where others weren't revived
Cos Nordschleife casts an evil spell
At the place they call... The Green Hell
[/i]

I think I stuffed up Mael's second race too , I guess you were not expecting me to be going so slow in that part of the track.

That was telstra's fault. From my view you took a very narrow line through to corner staying leaving enough space for me to go around the outside. Just as I came alongside you, your car suddenly jumped onto my bonnet  :o

I've been having a lot of these mini-lags lately. The town where I live is suppose to receive NBN during October which should help a LOT, but am skeptical if it would reach my house.

Malachi Crunch

Had to google it  ;D

And yeah handicapped seasons always has more incidents as drivers of different talents tries to occupy the same segment of road.

Im just surprised mael lasted not 1, but 2 races without crashing.

You and me both Joe. But luckily everybody gave me a wide berth, must be scared or something? At least the next race has some good tight corners made for rubbing doors  ;)

Yay its a badge of honor,  although I suspect by the last race of the season I will not be able to keep the lead losing 10 or more points a around

Problem is once anybody gets close to you on the points table they will also have close to 100% restrictor. And keeping up with you on equal footing is near impossible  :P

Two solid races. In race one got handed a substantial lead during the opening first few corners. A easy win was on the cards if I managed to keep it clean.

Race two was a race long effort to put pressure on Buellers, it would have required a mistake from him to give me a chance to overtake. In total he ran slightly wide twice, touched a sausage curb once but no mistake big enough to even give me a chance to get close. Well driven!

Together with Freezer's solid results Team Maki Engineering championship bid is still alive, sadly Freezer may feel a bit overweight next week  :(
