Sorry for race 3 turn 1 Glen.
I didn't pull out to pass, just make sure I didn't rear end you, but totally missed my mark.
My brain fart, my fault.
Someone else hit me so sorry to you, and everyone else, as well. :( :( :(

Race Results and Charts
Season Stats
Season Standings

Penalties:
Race 2, Lap 4: Ninja(-2) for rear hit on Glenn(+2) - Glenn fairly squeezed in the inside, and it looked like Ninja had time to concede the corner and back off.
Race 3, Lap 2: David G(-2) for rear hit on Glenn(+2)

In race 2, David G hit Glenn, but it looked to me like David was holding his tight line and Glenn came across from wide and clipped David's front, unsighted, so a racing incident.

Round points:
Wally Masterson   54
Glenn Frost   53.5
David Gibson   46
Stephen Perryman   43
obeone ninja   31
Robin Jeffery   30.5

Congratulations to me for the round win and Glenn, me and Rob for the race wins.
This round was my, Glenn's, Ninja's and Steve's best round.

Season 14 Championship Standings
1. Wally, 189.5 (up from 2nd)
2. David G, 188.5 (down from 1st)
3. Glenn, 178 (up from 4th)

Race 1, I was just trundling around behind Glenn and David G, really, not making any ground.

Race 2, I was leading with clear track, but Steve was making me work for it, with different relative speeds at different parts of the track, and I finished only 0.125 secs in front of him in a drag to the line.

Race 3, I was chasing Rob in second place for a long time, slowly gaining on him. He finally ran wide at the second last turn on lap 6, allowing me to pass, but on the final lap I selected the wrong gear a few corners out from the finish (5th instead of 3rd) and ran wide onto the grass, giving Rob back the lead and the race win.

Despite the low numbers, the racing was still very close and intense.

Race 1: I think I had a bit less ballast and was able to grab pole and fairly comfortably hold the lead until the end, just focused on not getting to much ballast for the next race :)
Race 2: Here's where the carnage began.  Not far in and I was looking to get a shallow exit out of T2 on Ninja but didn't know Dave had squeezed in beside and the contact spun me round.  Only lost a few seconds and got going chasing Ninja when not long later having got a run up the inside to the 2nd last corner a copped another hit which put me right out of it.  Spent the last laps again crawling around to save ballast.
Race 3: I got a great jump from 6th to be 3rd after 3 corners.  Dave  got a bit of a run down the main straight and dived up the inside into T1, I didn't think he was quite close enough to pull it off so I took my normal line as its pretty tight and we hit.  From there I was back with Mr Perryman and Ninja and had to fight pretty hard especially to get past Ninja who I think had 2kg of ballast given his straight line speed.
All up, a surprising points hall given all the offs.
