What is the name of the track version, I have downloaded and updated server manager and it does not show up and when I manually name it CONFIG_TRACK=testing, TRACK=monza it says the server hasd unavailable content, so what I guess I am asking is there a way to make it show in server manager and if not what is the name on the track exactly so I can do it manually.

For now I have normal monza on the server to keep it easy for me :)

I downloaded track, and testing offline, select Monza Testing, but get error track not found.

Wally had it working for the '75 season so it's not a terminal problem.

Yeah I just put the track name and the track config name (testing?) in the server config manually.

I did that and it says server contains unavailable content when trying to join
If I cant fix it easily by tomorrow I will change tracks to just normal monza, I don't have the time to mess around with it too much

I haven't recently re-downloaded the track - I still have it from when we used it on Tuesday.I have a folder steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\tracks\monza\monza_testing
There's nothing unusual about this folder structure - just extract the donwloaded contents into your tracks folder.

Do you happen to have Monza Testing in your track list twice?
AC loads any 'ui_track.json' it finds in the '...content/track' folder, but it looks for resources relative to where it finds that file so if it somehow has been orphaned somewhere it should not be then AC won't find the track when it comes time to load it.

...\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\tracks\monza\ui\monza_testing\ui_track.json

Does your regular Monza work?

Can you post the error box text verbatim.

In the process of trying to get this to work (I thought it was a standalone mod) had deleted the Monza track, after verifying local files and Monza being reloaded it now is working :) :) :) :) :) :) :).

A big thanks to Wally and Seanus for solving this for me ( I am a Hardware person and the software was always a bit of a mystery ).

I’d like the BMW M1please

So which Monza is the race on?
Tuesday night it was set to Testing Monza which didn’t have the first chicane and that was terrific. If we ar using a different layout then I may need to change my car selection

Getting a bit late I know, but can I have a BMW m1 please?

I finally sorted the track issue, I had another folder called Monza, so just renamed that Monza2 then this one won't have any problems.

I think Bacchulum now has this Championship sewn up  :). It may have been helped by the fact that he had the knack to pick the a good car for each circuit, his knowledge of Monza and why he chose a Ferrari for this circuit was very interesting  8). I still had a fun night, but I am finding getting these cars to Turn In a bit annoying ( some peoples main complaint about AC physics). I do feel the Porsche should have been more competitive on some of these tracks :'( maybe at Oesterreichring it may show some promise). Anyway, on to find the best car for Sebring  :).

Boy that was a tough night of racing...I had thought the long straights of Monza would have been best suited to the BWM M1, however its legs were simply too short to keep pace with Bacchulum and his Ferrari, I think he's done enough to take the championship now, so well done! It was really interesting how difficult I found it was to stop the M1. It's lack of a 5th gear required caution during down shifting it was easy to lose concentration and cause compression lock ups, resulting in spinning off into the weeds. For the bulk of the lap I felt comfortable however the Ascari curves proved to be my achilles. I struggled all night to stop and rotate the car here without riding the curbs or dipping a front right into the spoon drain like curbing and exit all crossed up and out of control. Stopping any later than the 200m board meant it was John Derre season.

That said, the racing around here was awesome! In all three races I had some fantastic duels with a lot of different drivers and that 30 minute race was mentally tiring. After the first two sprints I was getting comfortable running around in the high 41's, low 42's, yet in the feature race, 43's were extremely difficult to achieve. The additional fuel really made the task a lot harder. I spent a lot of the race chasing Phil and I felt it was easy to get close, but in the same car it was extremely difficult to get enough to be in a position to pass. We had a couple of battles towards the end of the race however I made (yet another) a mistake in Ascari and decided to give up the fight as I was concerned about running out of fuel. As it turned out the race ended up at the right time for me as I doubt I would have finished another lap with what fuel I had.

Choosing cars for the next two rounds is going to be interesting as I really don't want to touch any of the Beetles as they seem woefully slow compared to the other makes. Perhaps some BOP intervention might save them, but thankfully we're not racing at LeMans so that won't happen  ;D

Definitely needed hp here, the little snub nose beamer was really good under brakes and through the corners but really didn't have any legs on the straights. I dropped the wings down to 1/1 but it still wasn't enough. It seems way too thirsty too. Good fun still and sorry Roo for the incident, three wide into turn one was never going to work I know but I slip streamed you and Seanus slipped me and then that was that no room sorry.
