You'd be surprised at how many people don't have interwebs, Phil, at least I was. :o
I ship solar inverters around Australia, easy enough.
But to collect the faulty I need to email the connote & label to the customer.
About 5% of the time I can't do that. :o
Never expected that when I started this job.

Only driven the Brabham, but I agree Roo.

Shit night, sorry for shame quitting early. :-[
I was shocked to qualify 4th and even more so to be running in 3rd.
One missed shift and the engine blew, 15min repair with 7min left.
Race 2, caught up in accidents, couldn't concentrate or drive well so left.

I'm not used to waiting for the server. ??? :-\

Mod Tracks / Targa Florio
« on: September 22, 2018, 06:27:01 PM »
For everyone who likes long tracks, here's a memory test. 8)
72 kms of more than 800 corners. :o
It's a very early alpha but the road itself is good, just no environment to speak of.
My PB is 44m35.2s in a Toyota GT86 (I've only done one lap (hotlap to make the first one count)). :-X

If nothing else came from last nights run, we now know how strong these cars are! :o
Hit a tyre barrier to a dead stop and they still keep going. 8)

You're right, Bird.
Every time I'm offered a "life" I decline because I'm busy sim-racing. ;D

Geoff Crammonds GP3, GP4, NASCAR2003 (now iRacing), rFactor, nKPro, AC, that's my "league racing" history.
Throw in GPL, LFS, ARCA, nK Namie, F1 2015, pCars, rFactor2, ACC as other sims I've owned. 8)

When you write it down, I should really get a life...... :-[ :P

Reason: a cockpit, lounge suite, bookshelves, TV and entire kitchen squeezed into a 4m x 6m space is quite difficult.

Get rid of the kitchen get triple 32s? Who needs a kitchen anyway, as long as there is a beer fridge?
I've been making that argument for a while.
But the kitchen is built into the building, so that comes under body corporate, and they won't budge. :'(
And don't mention the beer fridge, it's anorexic at the moment. :'(

VR only has to get a bit better (and cheaper) to outperform my triples.
Reason: a cockpit, lounge suite, bookshelves, TV and entire kitchen squeezed into a 4m x 6m space is quite difficult.
VR would save a shit load of space. :-X

Let me clarify, it's flat in qually.
I wouldn't do it in the race as it's quite literally "hit or miss" about 50% of the time (pun intended). :P
1300cc easy flat all the time. ;)
