LOL when I first started that video, a voice in the back of my mind said: whoa, weird things going on in your mirror!

Good driving.  I reckon I've simply tried to corner too fast with the lotus, I could nearly always hear the tires.  And thus it was always understeering, and I wasn't able to get good exits.

It was great fun, still.

Oh, and the xbow has quite a punch in the low end, I reckon.  But the top speed is just missing - could be the very long final gear.

Nice!  We can even leave this running all the time, and fire up a bigger one for the races - I've a hunch this won't be able to cope with 20ppl :)
Hell, even windoze may throw a backflip at the low amount of memory available.

p.s.
You got there pretty quick, that's nice - only 12:15 for the last edit! ;)

Rob, Bluesman, Dion, you're in. Dion might get an Abarth, you never know.
He can blow the engine on that one, too, not to worry! :D

What kind of idiot comes up with the idea of having a cat (which has no opposable thumbs) pitch a ball?!?!? ::)
I hope there's intelligent life up there somewhere, 'cause there's not much down here. :-X
Aren't you completely right, that's the crux of this news item!
You're getting old and grumpy like me :D

If that's the tool that requires a client-side module as well, it actually makes life harder IMO.
Let's hope that these sort of measures are only needed for a short time.  :)

hey, Wally, try this in the AC server:

Is the CPU running high during booking as well? That is surprising. If it is running high during races only, try adding a bit of sleep time.. add:
SLEEP_TIME=1

in the server_cfg.ini

The sound is somewhat of a letdown, though :)

Sound is a bit of a let down, hopefully will get better. Going to get a new headset today (not that it will improve AC sound  ;D
I meant the car - the McLaren :)  Otherwise it sounds ok to me.  (SB reckon 3D + Audiotechnica AD700)

I really don't know what you're doing 9, but you should try and jump on the TS when we're all there and I'm sure we can sort it out.
Basically all you need to do:
- write "xgn" into the search box
- hit the refresh server list button
- wait

in about 30 seconds it should show, (unless it's filtered out by something I guess)
The filters are best: on/on/on/off if I remember correctly  (stupid, eh, some are really reverse-logic filters. Bloody Italians! :D )

It was good fun indeed.

The only trouble: we are unable to run a proper race just yet; there's no finishing for everyone :/

Btw comparing the BMW to the McLaren;
The beemer is more forgiving, a bit lazier, and does not turn as well it seems. But it can still bite.
The mclaren is really tricky to drive, you have to be ready for that rear end overtaking all the time. You have to be really gentle with the controls. But if you can do that it's razor sharp, turns exactly the way you want it to.   The sound is somewhat of a letdown, though :)

Nha! tried this morning and I cant see the www.xgn.com.au server anymore.I joined it the other day without problem,,,,bah!!!

It's up because I was just on it  ;D

You realise you have to wait a 20 seconds for all the servers to populate the screen, once that is done I change the order to lowest ping and there it is.

That, and it's very easy to filter it out by those filters...they aren't straightforward, some should be on by default, some off, to show all servers...
Some filters are logically reversed.

Farkennel, this car isn't easy to drive fast.  I'm around 6s off the wr (!) That's significant.  And I'm crashing all the time.
