Default setups suxor. You'll need adjust to get the diffussor to be at optimal height.
Diffusor height | Downforce multiplier
0.005|0.2
0.010|0.9
0.020|1.0
0.030|0.9
0.040|0.8
0.050|0.6
0.060|0.4

Where are you getting the diffuser height figure from?

In the cars data folder. Open up aero.ini and you can see all the references to the drag and lift files, open the one you need.

In this case, height_diffuser_CD.lut

The ingame DEV app 'wings' shows all the various values for the wings in real time, where GH stands for ground height.

I was just wondering if the 0.020 in your table correlates to 20 in the wings app.
That's mighty low and difficult to achieve.

Yes it does. You can check out my setups on pTracker. Gone for about 30mm ride height and adjusted the bumpstops to hold the car at about 20mm at high speed.

Wait, I might be a bit slow, but something just twigged.
Are you saying there's a file that contains the car's aero-map, without me having to do a kagillion laps????? :o :o :o :o

Use the wings DEV APP in game and you can see each wing graphically, and numerically tell what it is doing.
Use aero.ini and its dependencies, from the cars data folder, to work out the min/max drag/lift VS height/angle of attack. From all that work out the best compromise of rake, ride height, wing angle, etc, only to find out the setup file won't allow you to get anywhere near that. Or that a nonsensical arrangement actually gives you the best results ala the Formula Ford we ran where the least drag came from sticking the nose up as high as possible!
