Just thinkin' out loud.

Shorter 4 week seasons, followed by one/two weeks of Kunos only recruitment/fun runs.
If a car proves to be a hit, such as the formula ford, we could include the next four week block into a now extended championship. Or we could make a note and promise ourselves to do another season sooner rather than later.

More championships, more cups, more prizes.  ;D

So here is a package I'll work on before posting it to the other thread when everything is sorted and ready to go.
70's Sports Sedans

Lefoe Hillman Imp: Mostly complete, but needs feedback on the compromise between the maniacal thing that it must have been and the need to make it actually driveable for a full race.

Porsche 911 Camel Turbo: Mostly complete and who knows even Bacchulum might drive this as the engine is in the right place.

This sounds interesting , not having tested any of them yet ,  will they have decent setup options to at least correct any horrid toe and camber issues these types of cars always seem to have ?   I usually try to stay away from older tin tops as in my mind correctly or incorrectly I am 100% positive that those racing these cars in their hay day would of been able to change alot more things in the setup than what we are normally given options for in AC.
Torana GTR XU1 620 Repco: Near complete

Valiant Charger Repco: Mostly complete but needs a volunteer for the skin(s)

Tracks I'm not so sure on, I would think Australian but then I don't like most of them for varying reason.
Any other theme that would suit the above carset?
I'll add the missing cars shortly.
Please try these out when you can and if you are of an analytical mind let me know how I can improve them.

Toe, Camber and a little bit of ride height(for Rake) will be the only things adjustable. See the latest iteration of the Lefoe for the direction I'm going in.

The 911 does feel decent.
Do you know how they mid-engined it?
My dad and a mate mid-engined a Beetle for rallying, about 73-74.
They basically flipped the engine/gearbox over the axle into the where the rear seat was, then spun the engine to the gearbox (so it wasn't upside down).
They then reversed the gearbox internals, so it didn't have 4 reverse gears. ;)
I wonder if they were inspired? ???

Whole thing's a bespoke tubular chassis with 908 running gear, once you turn the motor around all you need to do is flip the diff left to right.

Do you think the spring frequencies and damper rates are in a good spot for such a car? I'd like to keep them fixed or with a tiny amount of range just to tip the balance one way or the other. Which way the wheels point I've left wide open.
