Lucky me, I have had the Comet accepted again for this year's event and also received an invitation to run the FJ as well... so I will be a busy, happy lad on that day!

From looking at the program Bruce, it is the Goodwood Revival of Australia. What is the weather normally like at that time of year?

the last few years, on the day, excellent. here is a run from last year, we had the marque up, the grandkids had "slip, slop and Slap", it was a lovely picnic day, as was 2014 (11 minute mark)

Well I was sprinting in the pits at times, found that I had to sit out a couple of sprints, 2 cars is one too many on the day. Although very happy they invited the FJ.

Right on Bruce! Looking very sharp both passes. Keep up the good work

What time does the FJ do Bruce ? it looks fast. The comet is a screamer , would it do a 14s flat in a straight line ? It sure looks like a lot of fun.

The FJ does 18s, better suited and more fun on the hill climbs/track
The Comet is running a 3.00:1 rear axle, so cruiser, high 3 or low 4 rear axle, it would take at near 2 seconds off that. But it is a family car :)
