TIP:
Ignore the pit board, TURN LEFT to exit pits. ;)

1m34.9s, she scrapes at the end of the straight but the extra d/f offsets the frictional losses:

NEVER TOO OLD TO RACE ... being competitive can be a PROBLEM though.

Big apologies to those who fell victim to my over zealousness into turn 1 race 2.  :-\ not one of my better starts.

Really enjoyed the nights' racing though, being hunted in Race 1, and being the hunter in race 2.

Cheers Dave O.

It's not mathematically unbeatable Wally.
If I punt you 4 times, bad enough for you to need to return to pits, I'll lose 24pts and you'll gain 24pts.
But you're almost right, as long as I'm not a total dipwad tool, I should be right. ;)

It was a fun night, the 'light' rain was much more difficult than expected due to no wet tyres, but damn I still love the rain. ;D
Race 2 was more expected, sluggishly slow under acceleration, but still a clean race.

Looking forward to next week, Suzuka is one of my favourites. 8)

R1 I spun trying to gain on Wally. Then had alot fun with Jamo and Dave o,
R2 For whatever reason i just could not stop. I checked calibration when i left and was ok, so no idea what was wrong
sorry to Ninja  (i think it was) i hit him when i spun for the 3rd or 4th time.
I love this, track so am very disapointed in myself

Had good speed here (mostly due to low ballast) and I do like the sliperry conditions. Qual 3rd.

R1. Got tagged in turn one as I was probably a little over cautious. Made my way back to 4th and then buckled under pressure and looped it. Came home 6th, I think.

R2. Got a good start and was lucky to get a good run ans someone went way off in front. Chased Dave for a few laps and had the speed down the back straight but yellow flags were out. With Wally closing up behind, I managed to barge past at the last chicane and pull a small gap while Dave and Wally battled. A couple laps later Dave was closing in again and I am sure if there was more laps, he'd have driven past.

All things considered, I am very happy with my maiden win but disappointed in my really messy driving. Will have to work on having speed and tidy laps at Suzuka.
