They've either got massive downforce for the wiggly bits, or zero down force for the long stretches.

That's the beauty of Suzuka, it's half high downforce half low, half clockwise and half anti. ;)

High downforce = 1m57.744
Low downforce = 1m57.366
I need to investigate a low/med.

Gday Guys.

Sorry for the no show over the past couple of weeks.
My Puter is not real healthy. As soon as it heats up, it shutsdown/turns off.

I tried it again on friday night & got just over an hour on LFS. But I had to minimize the game after every race. So it looks like tonight is out of the question again, sorry Wally.

Im tring to fix the other puter to be compatible for all these sims.

I will register for the next season & see how it goes.

Geez its the David Gibson show...!
Well done Dave, clearly you had the edge.

As for my race tonight, well race one I was very slow having had no practice and only downloaded the track with 10 minutes to go.
Second race however, I grabbed Wallies, HD setup and put on my Michael Schumacher.  I came from the back and was passing people all over the place, even one around the outside.  But, then as I reached the front I touched the outside kerb and did a 180 into the middle of the track.  All I could do was hold station as about 3 cars were coming straight toward me, hoping they could go around but it wasn't to be.
I eventually got going again but it was all over.
All up it was a good season once again (thanks Wally), and I look forward to the next.

Well Done Dave, you really grabbed that one unquestionably
I really wish I could have been part of this series. Hopefully things are slowing down on the work front, and I can get back into it soon.

Race 1 was a bit uneventful, apart from being gifted 2nd by Rob & Wally's bad luck.

Race 2 was far more exciting! ;D
A great battle with Dave, who was quicker in some places and myself in others, with Wally closing in all the time.
Then Glen (where did he come from?) blew past and scared the shit out of me, only to do his victory dohnut a bit too soon. :-X
I seemed to be the only car to get through unscathed, and I was very happy. ;D

Cheers to Wally and everyone who raced, it makes Tuesday nights very enjoyable. 8)
I'm quite surprised at the stats (I think the first one is telling ;)) but the absence of Bird & Mopz helped, they always take wins.
