That web site is known to be run by a psychotic AC basher. Don't ever read it!

He goes out of his way to defame AC, even editing the Wikipedia page with a bot to undo whenever anyone removes his edits.

Yeah. I don't get why anyone would want a racing sim on a console, really. But I've never been a console fan. My kids had a PS1 and a Wii, and that was the end of it.

But if it means more $$$ for KS to throw at the PC version, then I'm all for it!

private lobbies wouldn't have been such an issue if they let consolers play on PC hosted servers  ;D

I can't see AC doing well on console.  What are the dot points on the back of the box going to be and how are they possibly going to appeal to the usual console gaming crowd more so than what's on the back of the next Gran Turismo, Forza or F1 2016?

As we have always said, AC is great as a sim but fairly lacking when it comes to features.

I really think they just see it as a lucrative revenue stream, rather than a killer console hit.

interesting read

We decided to bring AC on console to give ourselves THE answer to the question: "there is any potential on console market for a simulation like AC?". As company that runs in this business, we have to know it. And we'll know it soon. And the only way to answer this question is to bring on console the same experience people appreciate so much on PC, at the best we can. Period.

Gee, I bet KS is glad they launched on console. The forums are a torrent of haters and complaints about all the missing things. It would be interesting to be a fly on the wall in their offices at the moment.
