Overall I'm rather pleased to have a decent crack after nearly two years in hibination. I know this is a fun run series and for the greater part it has been, so one must accept the last minutes changes as the greater good for the greater numbers.
I thought frequent unannounced changes is what sets Thursday League apart from all others!
Thanks for the season Phil, could not stay on the track for the last race but still had fun. Now to go and burn the F40.

Proposed selection of cars for a Thursday season based on hp per kg
Alfa 155 V6 2.50 kg/hp
Lotus 2 eleven 2.65 kg/hp
Merc 190 Evo II 2.64 kg/hp
Mazda RX7 Tuned 2.96 kg/hp
BMW M3 E30 DTM 2.70 kg/hp
The performance of these cars can also be altered with selection of tyres by limiting some to Street tyres only, Server defined.
The concept of this selection is for the faster drivers to select the slower cars to allow close racing for all with no ballast. Some form of retribution will be applied to drivers who ignore the spirit of the racing in order to win. I am sure Phil with help from others will be able to devise a suitable disincentive.
I would like to throw open the selection of tracks (with a maximum lap time of 2min 30s) to all drivers. Good MOD tracks welcome, Mills Park comes to mind. I think 8 weeks would be good, with a break in the middle. There are plenty of 1988 tracks available from NoGrip.

I have a selection of 5 cars for a season, with built in handicapping, but I do not want to but in, if someone else has a season in mind.
After the "Magical Mystery Tour" that is.
This season has been a mystery ride, i would love to hear your plan. I like the idea of the mystery tour also for a season and some fun runs
