Well done Wally, Glen and Dave, a good conclusion to yet another fantastic season.

The wet doesn't agree with me, my lack of throttle/brake finesse is certainly shown up.  Race 3 in the dry and lack of weight allowed me to put some good laps but disappointed my self with a contact around lap 7.

I'm thinking we can use this mod which gives the Osella a bigger fuel tank (100's of litres), to handle the Green Hell.

Well I had 2 high points on the night, thank goodness they made up for my "Choking" once again in the race! 

Really pleased to see James arrive and put in both races with us, thanks for coming, I hope you enjoyed the races, this also included James waiting back for me on a couple of occasions when I had a, cough, cough, slip up.  Sorry James, the first time I roared off in a see of self pity trying to make up what I had lost.

At least I got a good qualifying time... I just wish I could keep it together when it counts... ahhh next week 

Now, next week... RACE 3!  Yes you read it here, it is not a "pigment of your amalgamation"! (Love Malapropisms), race 3 will not be part of the Championship, but will be an extra bonus....

Porsche 911 ST 2.5 '72 (GTTC B1), using the next 2 rounds tracks after round 2, distance/time to be decided, but certainly fitting for the home ground tracks.

An exciting finale

Donington is a great track, certainly enjoy running here in any mod.
With very little ballast it saw me nipping on Wally's heals just .03 behind to take second in the grid for race one.
Not a good start and even worse turn one effort, not sure if I created havoc around me but, tried to regain the track with min fuss.
A couple of laps latter I picked up the groove and came home 4th... it was the race of the night for me.
Won't talk about race 3
