From the look of it you have nailed about 3 corners so about 167 to go  ;) The dot in the middle is where you seem most lost I think.

This is a pretty tricky track to learn but my best advice would be take it easy and try to just remember the sections as there are probably only about 5 or 6 very tricky sections and when learning it best just to slow down a bit more for the entries. Avoid pretty much all kerbs and grass but once you learn the basic flow of the track it will get much easier. If you search nordschleife crash compilations you will see your far from the first person struggling on this track. Just luckily we get to learn it with a reset button and dont have to pay for all damages.

I still think its one of the best tracks to learn to drive on as it has a bit of everything, just learning the track will take quite a bit longer. 20-50 laps here is a lot of time and youd need at least that many just to get the basic flow before you can even push fully.

I have included a replay file of my new best lap in the 240r here, you can see the line I use and if you turn on pedals app will see inputs except I also use the clutch on upshifts and some downshift but the pedal app doesnt show that.

I think this is quite a good car to learn this track and if you can get under 8:30 in this combo your starting to get to know the track. Its pretty slow in the straights but has great grip in the twisty parts that are the most fun here in the middle third of the track.

thanks Marty. It is an awesome track indeed!!! and these guys have done a great job at making it look pretty damn real. The licensed version has got a pretty good benchmark it has to beat.
I know I will spend time getting to know the green bitch, or whatever it's called. It's a real life track with tons of history etc. That's what appeals to me about AC's tracks.

i have noticed that all the buildings disappear when you turn down wold detail. Which is not what i expected lol

I found her voice annoying after 7 minutes, although I did think of a way to shut her up  :-X

I can think of a way that would work too but then it would be harder to drive. Even more pressure as going over a kerb or hitting a wall will likely cause a bitting action that will be worse for you then if you just let here keep in yacking.

WB Bird!

You see, that's what I am talking about, we use spades now not clubs  ;D EVOLUTION BABY!

Although Marty has seem to have devised his own tool for loud people, utilising himself by the looks of it........not sure how that would work out with loud annoying mates??

(Wally: You take this part of the youtube URL: nA8Hr7XhlSM and put it between youtube and /youtube tags).

I love the sound of this. Also it's nice to drive nordschleife with no traffic...poor bugger!

fake edit: how do I link the youtube vid? The /youtube tag doesnt seem to work.
