As Rooshooter said "unforgiving" I think of a dozen or so laps only managed to finish 1 and it was a 2.36 in the benz. A little more practice required me thinks

Sorry guys, can't make it this week.
But if someone could just park a Sierra on it's roof somewhere near the pit exit it'll be just like I was there!

Yeah congrats Phil on all fronts on and off the track.

Really enjoyed racing this season much to my surprise as I usually prefer overpowered cars (don't we all).
Thanks everyone for making it a hoot

For all those who thought it was too easy getting through the chicane last week... Enjoy this week where you'll be wishing you were in a car that had a roof  :P

Great to see a good roll up last night. The Porsche would have been fun at the track.

Fun fun fun! Too much fun.
As was commented on last night: easy looking track, quite tricky to master.

Thanks super Phil

Race 1 and restart Race 1 were almost carbon copies for me following Phil around in 2nd spot, with the maybe a lap in there somewhere up front. I was sure one of us would get the win but then GB just blew by with everyone else hot on his heels. Went from trying to find a spot to put the move on Phil to holy crap better get moving before I'm swamped.

Race 2 was also a lot of fun but I was making more errors (should have power napped). Sorry to Gratulin for a little rub in turn 2 which caused a spin. Gave Bruce a bit of a fright trying to get round on the outside then the grass, which strangely worked out OK for me  :P

As always thanks Phil.

Thanks for the quick results, I do like looking at the Thursday's results.
Well what a great night's racing, with only a small field, once again the car/track combo proved to be fantastic.  It's a pity more don't have the Thursday to come along, they don't know what they are missing.

Well race one, I had possie 2, and stuffed the start, which I can normally nail, tucked in some where around 4/5 and started to work on consistency and with others have an incident slipped  through to finally trying, NOTE: trying, to track down Phil... well I worked out that wasn't going to happen with Phil showing clean exhausts, (my apology for the mixed metaphor), and realised Humper was working on me and concentrated on staying on the track!
Race 2 was a hoot, with having to work hard, very happy to take advantage of a mishap of Phil and ? and slipping through... looking forward to next week... see you there!

Race 1: While concentrating hard to try and bridge that gap to Flattop I somehow managed to post a lap 2 seconds faster than I could do in quali with no idea where I made that time? Couldn't repeat that lap and Flattop keep his advantage but had a lot of fun trying to get him.

Race 2: No steering when the grid moved away for formation lap. Had to do a quick reset on the wheel which got me going but with no force feedback. So spent race 2 swerving all over the track like I was drunk, desperately driving on the grass trying not to take anyone out. Still had a lot of fun so thanks Phil

Would loved to have joined you all, but downloaded Blackwood and couldn't unzip it for some reason. :(

Same here downloaded it from 3 different sources (at 8 hours a pop because there was no fast server) then couldn't un-archive any of them using Zorin (linux Ubuntu variant) which can usually cope with anything!

Is it just me or does the Spyder sounds like it has a tyre rubbing on a guard during overrun and braking?
