Long or short Jarmel?

Long , i think long is better for slower cars as you get that long straight to get a tow and good passing ops in the first few corners.
Going by memory here tho, i havn't been on iracing since last winter.
The long verson does have a familiar feel to Lime rock through the last 4-5 turns, and T1 has an Okayama feel to it. Will be a good track for racing and not to hard to learn.
edit: Just looked up the course layout , the short version is called Jefferson which was fun also in the mx5.
Maybe do long one week then Jefferson the week after as would make it easier to learn the track as we would know half of it allready ??
edit 2 : there is also a SHENANDOAH CIRCUIT not sure if i have ever done it but it looks interesting on paper. Dont think this version is Ac.

Or we could scrap oran park and go straight to one of the summit tracks this week ;) j/k
Never been a fan of oran park and avoided it on iracing , its the only track i regretted buying. Its a bit like how i was with cota , its just a track i can't come to terms with.

Are you sure ? This new version has a different folder name than the old one.
The new folder is called "dj_skipbarber_f2000"
So atm now i have two skip cars i can drive the original version 1.3 and the new 1.4.
Did you rename the new folder to the old one ?

Yes, I am sure ;). I have 2 gaming PCs . 1 VR, 1 Monitor . I downloaded car and track to Monitor PC ( no previous versions of car/track on HD) and could join server no problems :).

I can't join the server with the new car version, but i kept the new folder name.
I presume its best practice to keep the folder names to what the author has put it at ?

I was wrong !!!!! I already had a skippy on my HD.

Bumpy bump for other members.
Check the OP, cars been updated, download the new, check the folder name and delete your old version. (Shouldn't matter but you don't want to clog up AC with two versions of the car)
