May I suggest we switch out that very old school conversion for this very new school conversion, albeit a different track.

Tsukuba A console to PC port but in a good way.

Also see through cockpit fix incoming.
Done, thanks Seanus.
Would you be able to host the this track Seanus ? it has some ransomware spam attached which some Antivirus programs cannot deal with and do I need to change the link to to the car as well ? Thanks in advance :).

Every so often, or once in a blue moon we get a real treat - The last time I felt this was the freebie from RSS the 'F3 V6 by Dave Williams'... Shaun, thank you mate, fantastic drive, you should be rightly proud of this mod. I just wish more modders had access to the real time data and the input of a pro driver. Thank you Kevin Burke :) My evening was going to be taken up practising Fuji Int for an upcoming Super GT race this w/e.... Not now it ain't - It's the Radical @ Brands..... Sorry Fuji, you'll have to wait!!!!!

Thanks Shaun..... Got anymore gems up your sleeve :)…. The throttle response, the down shift and the feeling on the brakes..... Superb!!!!!!!!

Results are in the 1st post. Congratulations to Mael on the round win. It's getting very tight at the top of the ladder, with only 8 points separating the top 5.

The top 3 drivers who are performing better than average this season are ab156, buellersdayoff and Phil.8.
Any ideas what's causing the shuts downs? Most likely a over temp or over current shut down, if temps for cpu, vrm and gpu are ok then look at the power supply. If psu is getting old and causing the over current protection shut down then try reducing gpu power limit (for testing purposes) right down in afterburner and retest, if it runs with reduced power consider a new psu. Hope you get it sorted without too much trouble.
After having shutdown problems with 2 new PCs I have built recently, both were fixed by dropping back the CPU overclock.
Was it your new 9700k system? I think Wally said he wasn't getting too many errors in event viewer which makes it sound like temp or current protection. If you're getting whea correctable in event viewer it's most likely an unstable oc, passing stress tests you probably won't get whea's. It could be oc too though if the cpu is drawing too much power for the vrm protection settings in bios or psu is on its way out
Yes one system was the 9700k, from memory the only error that was recorded was  something like a "critical voltage error" . I really had no clue as to what was the likely cause for quite some time and just decided to reduce the OC and both the systems have given no more trouble :).

LOL AB, but I have been lucky enough to get a few Cooper's schooners in over the last week, from 2 different Kegs that were emptied very quickly :o

I can change it to the 30hp version or a different abarth or even a different track if you have a suggestion for a short kunos track that would suit the car , I would like to keep it kunos content if possible
Thanks Phil, but I have decided to take a trip up to Evans Head to visit an Air Museum  and will not be racing this week anyway  :'(. I need to go for a break I am getting cabin fever , so see you all next week.

The way I control the lift-off oversteer is to not come fully off throttle and overlap the brake/throttle.
It does require left foot braking.
I will give it one more try, but I am finding it real challenge, at least I do left foot brake :)

But I find I cannot drive this car and control the "lift off oversteer".

I find that lifting off a little earlier and not entering the corner too aggressively you can manage to get a fairly controlled slide through the corner.  Better off maintaining a straight line through the apex and leaving the oversteer till the end of the corner .  Although I do agree, it is very challenging to control and not a lot of room for error.  Turn #2 is very challenging, as well as the previously mentioned longer corner coming off the straight at speed.  I'm all for giving it a crack though, should be fun.  Will be interesting to see if anyone gets through a race without losing it hahaha.
Thanks Scott, the sad part is 18months ago I could drive it as the PTracker result shows I managed a 2nd place. But as you say , no margin for error lol.

Just thinkin' out loud.

Shorter 4 week seasons, followed by one/two weeks of Kunos only recruitment/fun runs.
If a car proves to be a hit, such as the formula ford, we could include the next four week block into a now extended championship. Or we could make a note and promise ourselves to do another season sooner rather than later.

More championships, more cups, more prizes.  ;D
I like the idea :).

I am reluctant to post this, as I think Phil has never before  picked a combo I have not been very happy with. But I find I cannot drive this car and control the "lift off oversteer". We ran this same combo 10/10/19 and had two races with a lot of the entrants unable to finish :'(.

May I suggest we swap to this car
