hi all, i was having a go at this track tonight and i am having problems with my force feedback. For some strange reason when on the track the wheel is fighting to turn right and yet when on the grass it behaves perfectly. So far I've tested several different cars and it seems to be only this track where i have this issue and i was wondering if anyone was experiencing the same and if so, if they knew of a fix?Hi Brad, I am running a G25 and have never experienced negative FFB like you could experience in Rf1. I have my basic Main Controls Advanced set at
cheers,
Brad.
I think you also need to remove any 'strange' settings in the Logitech Profiler that you may have set for Rf1.hi all, i was having a go at this track tonight and i am having problems with my force feedback. FFB Gain 80%
Min Force at 12%
The rest of the settings at 0 or to personal preference
In game FFB for each car at 30 to 70%
Hope this helps.
Server is up, is this the correct track version ?Hi Phil , I am getting checksum error with version 1.2 of this track, both links for this track point to the 1.2 version.

Is this season going to be a car swap at half way kind of season? Or do/can we just stick with one the whole season?I believe Flattop wants people to pick a car based on "which one they like driving the most rather than which one will give them the best chance of winning" that is why the tracks for the latter part of the season have not been revealed. So no car swap.
I think I've worked out what was going on. It appears I was not up to speed with the update to Assetto Corsa where they moved the forcefeedback from the options pages in the controller settings to a short cut when you are inside in the car.You can also alter the FFB while driving by using the +/- keys. The strength is displayed at the top of your screen.
I'll be out for most of this season. Away on holidays in Norway etc. Haven't raced much recently anyway due to various injuries...Have fun Gratulin and I hope your injuries heal while you are away.

Time to get practicing for the upcoming opening round of "Sophistication and Style".Perhaps it would be a good idea to republish the exact version of the track that everyone must have to avoid the grid issues we had last time.
Is anyone having trouble with mid-Ohio?
Brad, I think you had your issues sorted, and if Phil doesn't hear by tonight, there will be no change.
Looking forward to getting my mighty tin-top pumping!
The Mid-Ohio without chicane works OK, but not sure if that has other problems
Page 1 of this thread and yes,Bradc was having exactly the same problems
Valleunga Classic could be a possibility. The Mid-Ohio without chicane works OK, but not sure if that has other problems

I cannot find that version of the track on race department
should we pick a Kunos track to make sure everyone is ready to race

I'd get a good exit onto one of the straights and pull alongside someone only for them to pull away half way down the straight. I guess part of that is the track so will be interesting to see how it goes on other tracks.I worked out to get a good exit out of Villenueve as the following straight into Tosa wasn't long enough for them to respond.
General question...is it still fun racing with the restrictor ?

That was a fun start to the season :) The handicap system worked well, it never felt like my pace was hindered by the restrictor. When Wally passed me it felt more like my poor corner exit was the reason, not the handicap. Although the first few laps of the reverse grid was a bit strange, I could not keep up with Bruce or Rooshooter!nice race report, it was fun, i was shattered at the end of race one, but recovered enough to get some early high concentration laps in and with some strength to hold it... great night.
