What greeted me coming around the banking....

Think I might have caused that.
On previous laps DanielG had passed me on the low line on the banking so I thought if he can do it, so can I.
WRONG. Tried passing Unbelievable on the low line, bounced up into him and he lost it in front of DanielG. Apologies to both.
Was a much better night for me than last week, did a bit of practice yesterday arvo and starting to get a handle on the F40
Had a great dice in the early laps with DanielG and Unbelievable, then late in the race had some great laps with Wally, passing and getting re-passed several times, till on the last lap Wally got it a little sideways, I thought this is my chance and put the right foot down hard. A little too hard it seems as I got even more sideways and dropped a couple of seconds back.
Its good racing between the F40 and the GT40 as the Ferrari has a grip advantage and the Ford has a power advantage. Makes for good racing.

Are those stracker stats right and some people didn't stop?

No definitely not right, I stopped on lap 7 and changed tyres and it shows a 3.05 lap time, but then says I had a pit lane time of only .048 secs.

Well that wasn't a good start to a new season. Think I had more off's and crashes in that 1st race than all of last season, including knocking off Mael and spinning in front of Grat and possibly others I have forgotten (apologies to all) Think it might have been a combination of not loading the setup Phil provided, plus very little running since the last season ended, plus running in another league in Rf2 with cars that are polar opposite to these cars.
Then in R2 another spin on the 1st lap putting me to back of field, then crashed over the fence to find myself on an access road outside the circuit. Followed that around hoping to get back on track, went under a bridge that the track went over, then fell into a never ending hole. I then found I couldn't escape back to the pits and restart from there, cos the game said I had to stop moving to escape.
Oh well, it can only get better from here (I hope). Will have to get a bit more practice in.

When I get the new joystick I'll film how I have to drive so you guys get an idea what it's like compared to your wheels.

Any reason you don't use a wheel?

What state do you live in AJ? If your in SA could loan you a G27 and maybe  fix your G25.

OK, see that now in some cars but now seem to have lost brake bias adjustment
Looks like this is car dependent, some cars have the power adjustment, others have bias adjustment, some have both

Been a member for 14 years, half of the gear I own, I have bought off there, including my T500RS and GTX980Ti, motherboard and cpu etc
Must have made it harder to join up to stop scammers.

fyi the post is

" Custom Racing Sim - G27/AW2310/Race-base cockpit
Not using this nearly enough to justify having it in the office so would like to pass this on.
Quite a unique (crude?) setup from the traditional racing sim - more inclined to suit an F1 cockpit (most of the reason why I have it). System is able to come apart quite easily once all cables are disconnected - current setup suits me (at 184cm)

Comes complete with the following:
- G27 (complete with box and original paperwork/casings)
- AW2310. Great screen size in this position with 120hz refresh to boot (still have original monitor stand) Mounted onto an adjustable monitor stand attached to the cockpit
- Race base cockpit. I cut a section from the side for access to the gear shift. Still very sturdy and super light to move around. This was one of the last ones to have a plastic molded seat (pretty comfy)
- Logitech K400r Keyboard
Pedals have been removed from casing, inverted and mounted onto the footrest - found this more realistic but can be swapped back easily (original casing included).
Res= $250

Would rather sell as a kit (G27 and cockpit specifically) so priority goes to that
Pickup only - Blackburn South
Can be packed down but would rather someone with a bit of car/ute room rather than having to disassemble completely (would like person buying to test out onsite)
