AC's default grip is 1 while Mills is 0.985, but that's not low as VIR is 0.98 as are many others. More of a problem, when I looked into it, is the author seems to have named the visible surface so as to be drivable which aint how AC works. I'm no expert though so could be confused. There is a detailed drivable mesh there but with the visible mesh also named as it is I think we may be driving on that instead. I could test it later.
oops The naming scheme uses numbers and starts at '1' so the authors use of '0' in the names is perfectly correct and the track doesn't suffer the above problem.

And the lesson from race 2 is, don't get stuck on the outside of a slow car (the Lola). Watch everyone else pass on the inside.

That was an interesting part of the race for me it was the first time in a very long time I had had a side to side touch, it felt very real I could almost feel the metal bending! Sorry to hold you up Wally you would probably have finished 1st otherwise.

Nothing to be sorry for. I should have stayed either behind you or tried to criss cross on the inside.

That was the most enjoyable moment of the race for me ;) I think I might be the 2nd car through since I seem to remember a slight panel rub on the Lola.

That was the highlight of the race for me too, passing 2 cars on one corner. Unfortunately the lowlight was soon after, missed my braking point at the end of the straight and took out Bruce.
So sorry Bruce, felt so bad.

no problems GW, I had a thoroughly good race.  Had plenty of highlights in race one, keeping my lines and for the most part of the race being able to concentrate and have enough stamina to complete. I was worried about the 12 lap length.
Watched the replay, happy to keep Andrew at bay for some time and then swappsies on places.
Pleased Joe missed a couple of gear changes, added to my success :)
Race 2 to tired, forgot my setup and only remembered at the last minute to check, and only yelled for fuel quantity!

Yeah i had a terrible time with gears first race. Not sure what i was doing. Was on pole but a few laps in missed 2nd coming onto back straight putting me in a bit of a spin and into the wall. Nearer the end i did the same through the last turn and lots of missed gears in between.

Second race bettet but couldn't match bacculums pace with the ballast. Ill go slower in practise next week so phil doesnt notice me ;)

Are we supposed to stick with the same car for the whole season? I can't drive that M3 anymore.
