Wally, sorry, but I won't be able to do this one either.
Wheel is pretty much ready to be shipped, so chances are good for race 3.

just to let you guys know: there is an infinite hole along the pit wall, exiting the last bend. (I guess it's ok as this season Wally said to look for less used tracks, and less used necessarily means a bit less polished.)

Thanks Grat. I've never hit the wall there, but it's good to know it's there.

Hey I'm not sure who exactly to do this myself so I was wondering if someone might be kind enough to help me out....

For practice I like to also race the AI during the week leading up to a race, I don't like just doing hotlaps solo around a track.

The problem I'm having is the AI are not very fast on this track nor were they on Donington Park. At the moment I can set the AI to 100% with 100% aggressiveness and I can run rings around them.

I assume this has something to do with the AI fast lane? But I don't know how to make improve on it.

Would someone, I assume someone who does really fast laps do an AI file pretty please?

The current AI on my PC are doing 1:12's during a race and I know that is fairly slow .

I've never made an AI file, but maybe someone can help.

I've managed to inch my way into the 1:09's, but I'm still 1.2 seconds shy of Grat's 1:08.7. Turning the TC up to 4 seemed to help me, although talking to Bacchulum while he was on track with me, he said he got faster by turning TC down to 7.

Comparing my lap to Grat's, I can see that he was carrying a lot more speed through the last 2 slow corners. Maybe taking more kerb?

Looking at the graph, I do not see so much diff. in the last two corners, just a bit shorter on braking. I see instead a speed diff. throughout the back straight and between .7 and .8 in the graphs. It does not seem much, but that straight is damn long, so a small difference exiting the chicane can get you very far...

I improved my last 2 corners' speed by braking a little earlier and reducing understeer.

Could someone have a look at my setup.

According to what I see, my camber on the tyres is really good on corners but I wanted to see what you guys think.

Let me know thx :D

I've attached it to this post.

Yep only did a handful of laps last night to remind myself of the track and managed to fall into that hole  :o

your best lap is on mediums, though

Phil's time in the 8s was on mediums, I'm pretty sure. Was your time set on softs?

I am just sneaking into the 8s on mediums,  there is a 7 in it on softs if I could ever do the first chicane properly, but low 8s on softs so far

Worst thing is that yesterday we pay the bill.

I had similar issues connected to the NBN, my line had problems a couple hundred meters away. While I waited Telstra waived all the monthly costs till the connection was stable. Even after they connected me I continued to have drop outs and I made a habit of calling every time it happened. I called 36 times in the first month after connection, they waived that fee for me as well.

I also got a $20 dollar a month discount to future bills because I ordered 100Mb but only get 75Mb hence the monthly discount.

sIMONE,

You may be able to check the connections at both ends of the cable run yourself (if you are willing?). If it is a damaged cable and/or conduit then Telstra will need to replace but it is still worth double checking the connections at both ends.

First thing would be to confirm that the cable end that you see in your house is actually the Telstra "black cable". By that I mean does the cable in the Telstra pit look like it is the same cable as the cable in your house. If not then you have another connection somewhere in/under your house that could be causing issues. If you don't want to "open" the Testra pit then just trace your telephone cable all the way to the Telstra conduit that is running out of your house. You will at least confirm that there are no bad connection between your modem and the Telstra conduit/cable.

You can then open up the connections themselves to check that there is no corrosion. The Testra guy should have done this but if you didn't actually see him check every connector then it is worth double checking.

A neighbour had a similar problem to yours and when I checked all his connectors I missed one. Turned out it was the faulty connector. Luckily we eventually found that it was the cause.

Yes gratulin the technician checked the connection at.both end and indeed we gained some speed but its.the connection at.my place that is crackling and noise so the fault is from my house to the pit.
But thx for your encouragment i need it.Inside the tel cable there 2 wires, one is already out of service and we,3 years ago joined to the wire number 2 only, and it has been good since.but now maybe the wire number 2 is old and malfuctioning as well....testing is indicating this theory...lol
The 13th of month the super technician will be here and maybe with someof luck......
When the modem is on i can get a speed of 130 kb/s.....before cleaning the connections it was 14 kb/s...so...cmon...cmon telstra!!!!!!  Lololololol  thing is it looks like i have some data to watch the juve- tottenham football match

See you soon be good!!!!
