And so David G takes out the season 12 championship. Congratulations! Even with huge amounts of ballast, he was typically at the pointy end of the field. This is David's 4th championship, 2nd Formula 1600 championship, and second championship in a row after taking out season 11 in the Osella as well.

Feels dirty taking the round win over Dave O. You deserved the round win, a really great effort.
Another great season done and dusted, congrats to Dave G and Wally for the 1-2. Big cheers to Wally for making each round happen and putting together the season and the stats, Also sitting thru all the replays dishing out punishment.
Also a congrats to the XGN admin team for getting the forum back up n running mid season, rekon it kept some busy for awhile.

See you all next season looking forward to some Targets or Vintages! Both should be a blast!

Congrats to the winners (Dave, Wally) consistently up there...
Unfortunately a dud result for me tonight after coping a tap in the first lap of both races.  I recovered the 1st one somewhat and had some good racing down the back but the second race incident saw me 20 seconds behind last so I just did some laps on my own.
These were good little cars to race in this season.....Thanks again to Wally for organising!

I'm going to have to look at my replay, from the lap charts I seem to have had an astonishing 1st sector on lap 6 in race 2.

Another fun night for me, R2 was the best. Trying to keep Rob & Wally behind until i beached myself on a kerb and got flung off sideways on the last lap.
And thumbs up to all. Consistantly big fields with some new guys always makes it interesting, but apart from some over eagerness it went damn good.
