I am always in awe of the work that this team has done in the past and now an update, but saddened, i couldn't find anything about improved net code, which brought us undone here everytime we attempted run this fantastic historic series of cars...

Wouldn't netcode by AC's problem, not the mod?

It wasn't an AC mod, but a separate game, I think (I've never played it).

It was a GTR2 Mod. Might now be an rF2 Mod. Netcode issues were GTR2 issues and an incompatibility of some sort with the Mod.

EDIT: Just checked and it is still GTR2. That is older than rF1, GTL, LFS I think!!

meh, as you can see I'm really confused :D  In my defence, I haven't played either rf2 nor gtr2 extensively, neither seemed to catch my attention too much.

However, I think it was after GTL & LFS (altho lfs was superior in pretty much every way)
I'm not even sure about rf1 vs gtr2 (in age that is)

Its a GTR2 mod that has a heap of historic cars with very good sound and handling.  Sadly as Bruce mentioned they haven't updated the netcode which caused a lot of problems trying to run races on line.  But still worth it if you like those cars...
