Fanatec csw settings & assetto corsa
« on: August 31, 2017, 11:45:12 AM »
So I just upgraded my set up from the g920 to the fanatec clubsport forza package and was hoping anyone that is running similar gear would be able to share their in-game and on-wheel settings.
I'm very happy with this new gear, it makes the logitech feel like a toy with it's solid construction and force strength. However, I find myself trying to make it feel a bit more like the g920. I guess I just need to get use to it first. I've watched YouTube videos and searched forums and tried a lot of settings, but I think that a good base line from someone who has been using it for a while with ac will help more.
Also a mini poll, for h-pattern cars do you guys;
1. Use h-pattern and clutch
2. Sequential/paddle auto clutch
3. Something else
Thanks guys, bueller.

Phil gave me the settings I use but can't find them now. I'll grab them later and post for you.

I use h-shifter and clutch. I think most here do.

Appreciate it, I need more practice with heel and toe I think and probably adjust my pedals a bit. The can-am cars for my first run with it was a struggle, couldn't keep it on the track and rear ended someone with a lock up.

Get this too if you don't have it:
http://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/ffbclip-app.7910/

Just make sure it's on auto. It will set the FFB gain to the correct amount for each car so you don't get clipping.

Thanks, I'll check it all out when I get back home next week. I had ffbclip app running with lut for g920 but disabled it when I made a new profile for the csw v2.5. Also in game, gain? Gamma?
