Seems a can't catch a break lately. Seems my G25 has decided to call it a day. Haven't even turn the gaming rig on and 3 weeks and finally did tonight and was keen for a few laps but have absolutely no response for the wheel. Seems I will finally have to upgrade to a new one but will have to wait at least a month after I settle on the house I just bought. No racing for a few months now.
Sorry for the late notice but I guess I will attempt another comeback after I replace my wheel. Let the research begin 108

Sorry all. Made it back from Sydney in time but a critical computer from work is no more . Have to find a solution for the morning so no racing for me.

Still coming to terms with Assetto after not racing for a long time. Starting from the front each race is iffy as I cannot see any other lights at the start and judge my starts when I see everyone else launch. Even though, I try to keep my line and I don't fight too much as the field goes through. Contact and the occasional spin is just a by product of racing on a track which is narrow and limited passing opportunities so no problems finding myself on the infield watching the field go through, that's just racing......sometimes.
I will come to terms with the sim again and get closer to the laptimes of the midfield but may take a while with no practice time. Will be picking up a mic today and get on the voice chat for next round. See you on track 112

Had a mixed night. Got the setup and the balance of the car OK but had 3 spiking pedal potentiometers and just would not accelerate at random times. Tried to keep out the way the best I could but drifted across to far in race 3 and got tagged resulting in a pretty big pile up. Happy to take whatever penalty is due. Haven't used the sim for about 6 months so have a few bugs to iron out starting with a few potentiometers and getting the microphone working on the web cam. Should be sorted for next week but if not, a reserve can race or start me from rear of grid each race.
Sorry for race 3 but it was good to be racing again 113

I'm keen to get back into racing if there's a spare spot left. Got my cockpit made now so won't have to keep pulling the camp chair back into the desk any more.

Would love to race Thursdays as well but it's my only night off to relax and do nothing

I like the idea of low grip, low power and good setup options. Usually results in closer racing

Race 1: had a good start but ended up hitting a warping car in turn 1. When I rejoined, I stupidly collected Rob since there was nothing visible in my mirrors. Sorry about that.
Race 2: Had another good start and ran out of talent no lap 1. I spent the majority of the race swapping positions with imperious and it seemed neither of us wanted to be in front when we repeatedly ran wide and allowed the other through. I'll be happy to see the back of these cars as I have not come to grips with either of them at all and the limited setup options means we have to drive around the "characteristics" of the cars. Looking forward to getting something I can setup to my liking a little more. That being said, it's still a good way to spend a Tuesday night. 118

Sorry I missed the race. I thought I was still on the standby list. I'll make sure I check the pre-race thread in future.

I ran the last couple of netkar series with you guys then left to host some longer format racing. The numbers didn't justify continuing so I had a break and now am keen to come back to some good fields and good racing. Hope to see you all on track soon.

I find myself keen to get back into some sim racing if there is no objections, I'd like to be on the reserves list. Ferrari will be the weapon of choice. I guess I should start practicing just in case.
