Don't hit the wall going up the hill, instant blown motorAh, I have to check if the practice server is back on 50% damage!
Edit: Yep, restarted the prac server with 50% damage.
Apologies to Wally for the punt in Race 2. I did take a look a few times in the replay, I braked the same place as the previous lap (in hindsight maybe a bit too late) and YouThe Carma was quite dodgy under brakes. I managed to improve it a bit with some set up changes (mostly using Bacchulum's tip of rear toe out), but it was still easy to lock up. A lap or two earlier, Imp, I managed to just barely drift it around turn 1 after just passing you which was a) brilliant driving, or b) a stroke of luck, take your pick.
I'm not sure now whether I was still out of control on re-entry after hitting the wall and sliding on the grass, but apologies to Gratulin just in case.

You know what? I'm sorely tempted to because I hate chicanes as much as anyone. The very first race that used the chicane was the 1975 GP.
"Grand Prix course (with Esses Chicane) (1975–1985)"
I'm back, so I'll set this up tonight. Thanks Phil.
The thing that always held KS back is their insistence on using their own proprietary graphics engine (programmer's arrogance maybe). Now they're finally using a robust third party graphics engine, it opens up lighting and weather effects.
I'm only worried that it's going to need quite the hardware upgrade for my poor old GTX980.
Hi all,Hi Steve and welcome. We've got a fun run next Tuesday that Phil.8 is organising while I'm away that you're welcome to come and join in. Then the following Tuesday it's the final race of the current season in the 1975 F1's. Then there'll be some Tuesday fun runs which will be a good opportunity to get some more Tuesday races in.
